I have a llc and have elected s corp status, which kit should i purchase llc or corporate?

I believe you should still get a LLC kit as the sub s part is how you file taxes. Your business structure is that of a LLC with members and managers etc. Check with your accountant or lawyer to verify.

What iis customized with llc name; binder? certificates? seal? etc. thank you

Yes all 3 of these are customized.

Hi, i want the stamp to say non-profit, not 'not for profit' as that is different. do you have that? everything else in the kit is perf exept that.

Place order. Email us directly after your request. We can accommodate.

Hi question what is the turn around time if ordered and if there's a possibility to have the by laws and minutes with corp name on it?

Most kits are shipped the same day. We do not customize the Minutes and Bylaws only the certificates and the seal.
