Great shakes!

I have done many meal replacement shakes before and have never tasted one that is as delicious as these. No powdery residue, really mixed well. Handy individual sachets to take to work as only needs water to mix. Amazingly felt full for hours. Can't wait to get on the scales after my first week to see how much I've lost but after two days I already feel better.
