Review: Works well - I have terrible insomnia so the fact that this worked at all is worth five stars. It wasn't a miracle worker and I did have to combine it with other supplements for it to work, but it was especially helpful in that it has different ingredients than most other sleeping formulations contain. I especially appreciated that it did NOT contain melatonin like so many sleeping supplements do, which then causes many people to become immune to melatonin. By using the mix of Gaba, 5-HTP, etc they are attacking sleep from a totally different angle than a lot of the herbal supplements as well, which was a wonderful new approach to sleep. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like they have tried everything out there without success. Its so refreshing to find a company who has given it some thought and created a new formula!

Works better than any supplement I’ve tried so far. Very restful sleep. No groggy feeling in the morning. I gave it a 4 star because I still wake up earlier than my alarm, but I’m super happy being able to sleep.
