Trunature Vision Complex Lutein and Zeaxanthin MegaSize 3Pack (140 Count Each )

Ordered this late last week, hasn't arrived yet......I am 72 years old with diminishing eyesight, a few months ago I started searching the internet for help. Came across lutein, I have been eating one large orange (orange) bell pepper daily, plus kale, spinach, a lot of it. I can tell you without a doubt that my eyes are much better, much better...So, eat plenty of Kale...>Spinach and other foods that are high in lutein, I am eating them all. I have been eating healthy for a decade or more, in great health. My eye sight was the only weakness, but much improved by eating high lutein foods, a lot of it. Blinking your eyes will make a big difference, more than you could imagine....I put notes around the house to remind me to blink, eye exercises do work, some say they don't....Deep breathing helps, keep your body alkalized, drink a BIG glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon first thing in the morning. Lemon water will keep your body alkalized, an alkalized body will prevent many health problems....Sorry for getting carried away here, I am passionate about eating healthy......You can get you a top class lemon squeezer on Ebay...A vintage Wear Ever citrus squeezer, built like a tank....I have bought several and gave them to family members.....Orange bell peppers are loaded with lutein, has the Z, too... A follow up....JUST ONE CUP OF COOKED KALE HAS 23.8 mg combined of Lutein & Zeaxanthin, raw has less...11 MG....Spinach has per one cup...Combined total 13.4 MG....Collards 13.8 MG...Cooked has more than raw.....You can cook kale in just a few minutes, little olive oil & sea salt, add a little vinegar when served...It's great, don't over fill the pot, it tends to be tough......I am amazed at how my eyesight has improved in just a couple of months... My supplement comes today, I will take it along with eating greens & orange/red bell peppers daily....

Very good supplement

The problem with most vision supplements I’ve seen is they take a “kitchen sink” approach. They throw nearly every nutrient known to support healthy vision into a pill. But many of us already get enough of these nutrients from a multivitamin/mineral supplement. Most of us don’t need mega-doses of many of these nutrients. In fact, getting too much can be dangerous. That’s why I’m sold on this “formula.” It’s just naturally sourced lutein and zeaxanthin, the two nutrients that makeup 100% of the macular pigment. And this pigment is your eyes’ main defense against ultraviolet damage. Studies show supplementing with lutein and zeaxanthin can thicken the macular pigment. So, this supplement was a no-brainer for me. At this price, it’s cheap insurance. (Note: If your doctor recommends an AREDS-based supplement, or other vision support, listen to them. There is no replacement for the advice of a medical professional.)

This product really works as advertised, but the seller sucks. It took wayyyy longer than they said it'll get to me . I almost cancelled the order but couldn't for some reason. The only reason I didn't send it back is because for past times I took this, it actually works and given time it even helped my eyesight a little bit.

I have been using this product for a number of years. I can't definitively say that my good eye health is attributable to this product but, coincidentally, each time I have an eye exam my optometrist says my eyes are healthy! It's a small, gel pill that is very easy to swallow. Furthermore, it contains ingredients identified by the Age Related Eye Diseases Study (AREDS) as being important in slowing macular degeneration. I'm in favor of preventative processes when available and this product seems to work for me. Having the convenience of obtaining it through Amazon at a comparable price is even better. And so far, this vendor has been favorable as well - prompt delivery of a good product.

Arrived promptly, sealed in an outer plastic, and the lid was sealed underneath the cap also. Small and easy to swallow, no odor, easy to take, price seemed comparable to others, and contents and servings are clearly listed on bottle.

I have been using this lutein supplement for several years. When I had a membership at Costco I got it when I shopped there. I no longer have a membership. I'm thankful I can now buy them on Amazon.

It is a bit of work to find this combination of medications in the 5/25 dose. This is my favorite so far because of certain variables: the small size, the number of them in a bottle, and the price. Once I got the first bottle in my hands, I discovered that these are made for Costco. So then I knew why I had been favorably impressed. I will continue to purchase these as long as they remain available.

目に色々と問題があり、色々サプリを試していましたが、ルティンとゼアキサンチンの配合比率及び含有量がとてもいいのでこちらを選びました。 なおかつコストパフォーマンスが私が調べた範囲では一番。1日1錠で140錠入り。 実感できる効果はありませんが、サプリとはそういうものという認識です。医薬品ではないですから。 買い始めた頃は粒がかなり大きかったのですが、今年になって（かな？）従来の半分くらいの大きさになり、ボトルの大きさは変わらないのでスカスカな感じになりましたが、含有量変わらず、ボトルについてる粒の写真も原寸、小さい方が飲みやすいので、改良です。 海外からの発送ですが毎回早く届きます。

Product is OK. But the same item & quantity is available in the market in the price range of Rs.1800 to Rs. 2000. Final decision lies with the buyer..🙂

眼の為に本品を朝：１錠。 これに加えて朝・夕に(眼の為に…という訳ではありませんが)アスタキサンチンを摂っています。 テレビ等、ちょっと怖いと感じるくらいにクリアに見えます。 もう少し安く買えれば嬉しいのですが、ルテイン：ゼアキサンチン＝５：１ の理想の比率で調合されており、日本国内で販売されている同類製品に比べると遥かに安価なので、贅沢は言えないかなとも思っています。 良い製品です。
