Did i do something or is it faulty?** A: It’s not faulty! I called NEBO and they explained that units are often shipped this way to prevent loss of juice. If you call them they’ll tell you how to disable that auto-off feature. **Q: I took mine to the beach, after a torrential down poor, the next day the flashlight would no longer work. Is there a warranty ?** A: Yes , email nebo and tell them the issue **Q: Any problems with the charging port?** A: I have two of these flashlights and have not any issues with either charging or the port. I carry a flashlight for work, I have lost the charging port cover,,,its rather cheesy and not secured well. I regularly clean the port to keep it free of debris. The cover is the only issue I've had , plenty of light and the magnetic base is a huge plus. I would strongly recommend this flashlight. Enjoy. **Q: What is COB?** A: COB.
