It's reasonably warm. Regarding size, I'm used to ordering a large, owing to chest and arm measurements (but I'm 5' 10"/178 cm and ~155 lbs/70.3 kg). That said, I almost think this fits just a bit large. It's kind of hard to tell, when you're dealing with fabric that has as much give and movement as this does. But, to that end, it doesn't really matter. As long as you pay attention to folding the collar every time you put it on, it's a very tight look and I'm already thinking of getting more colors.
