Disappointing experience: Received broken product
Received the watch-making kit for Christmas, but it was a major letdown. The mechanical pieces meant for creating the watch were broken and loosely packed, rendering the entire set useless. To add to the frustration, the return policy excludes this product. Since it was a Christmas present for my niece, I only opened it today, on Christmas day.This unexpected disappointment has soured what was supposed to be a joyful and creative activity. The broken pieces not only spoil the gift but also hinder the intended watch-making experience. Given the circumstances, I strongly demand a refund to address this unfortunate situation promptly.

Pas trop cher et plutot bin fini. Mes deux filleuls (12 et 14 ans) ont apprécié le produit dont je sais qu'il est ssur leur bureau ou dans leur chambre.Vu la complexité, le montage par l'enfant tout seul me semble difficile avant 11/12 ans et plaira jusqu'à 15 ans, je pense.

Calendario mecánico que abarca desde 2017 hasta 2044. El modelo se presenta en una plancha con las piezas precortadas las cuáles son muy fáciles de destroquelar. A la hora de montaje este es muy sencillo gracias a unas instrucciones claras y sencillas por imágenes, sólo hay que hacer una mínima presión a la hora de encajar algunas piezas y hacerlo con un poco más de cuidado. cuándo queda montado queda una pieza grande dentada móvil que es la que única que se mueve, esta contiene los años en la parte de arriba y los días de la semana abajo. Como única pega en mi modelo esta rueda no corre fluida en algunos tramos pero vamos es una pega mínima porque solo hay que hacer un poco mas de fuerza para girarla (mínima vaya). no trae instrucciones de uso del calendario pero es bastante fácil de usar, mueves los años que viene en la parte de arriba y lo haces coincidir con el mes que desees, buscas abajo el día que quieras y un poco más abajo corresponde el día de la semana que es, si miráis la foto de la descripción del producto os podéis hacer una idea de lo que quiero decir. Una chulada de calendario y veremos a ver si no cae otro para regalar. Saludos.
