Keep in mind that this is the first product of its kind that I have tried so My review is not worth very much; however, I just got the product and tried a few drops of it and it smells rather pleasant! I have never smelled lavender in it's natural form before but, when I do, I will revise My review! I have just applied the product a few hours ago so I cannot comment on the longevity of the product but, again, I will revise My review in the future. At the same time, for the money, I believe I can safely say it is worth it. Edit// I have changed My rating to a full 5 stars because of the fantastic customer service. I actually made a mistake and they were still incredibly helpful and kind when I informed them of My error. They responded very quickly just as when they delivered the product. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone and will certainly be telling My friends about it. Furthermore, the lavender scent is still going strong on day 2 with just a couple of drops! This is definitely a quality product and I am not being paid to say these nice things. I am just an average customer who occasionally uses amazon and I can safely say I am a satisfied customer.

I admit, I was a skeptic about using oils for relaxation and anxiety. I bought this hoping it would help when I had panic attacks or just to relax before sleeping instead of taking so much medication. I was very pleased with the smell (pleasant and strong but not overpowering). I use a drop on each side of my temples, and sprinkle a few drops on my pillow and one on my sleep mask. Very relaxing and calming. Thankfully, I remembered to bring the bottle with me when I was hospitalized for a serious sepsis infection, which was very stressful, and even the doctors and nurses remarked on the pleasant smell and were happy to see I was trying non pharmaceutical ways to manage my anxiety and PTSD. I'm on my second bottle and will never be without this! Great product & great value for the money.

When you buy lavender essential oil, it's important to know your preference of variety. There is Bulgarian lavender and also French. The 2 have similar properties when it comes to diffusing or using for personal care. What is different is the scent. This product is French lavender (my preferred variety). It has a sharper scent, and IMO a strong scent. Almost medicinal. It lasts beautifully in homemade body scrub and cold process soap. I like diffusing this lavender because the crisp scent carries throughout the room. Very relaxing. Bulgarian lavender (which is NOT this product) has a softer, more powdery scent. I do not love it the way I love French lavender. Healing Solutions French lavender seems to be good quality French lavender. It arrived intact and securely sealed.

After reading some of the reviews, I find I can't agree that the company has not stated the variety of lavender, which is Lavendula angustifolia, known as English lavender, and the country of origin, Bulgaria, on the label. It most definitely smells like English lavender and the oil worked well in my essential oil diffuser. I think it is fine to use in a diffuser, but I would not apply it to my skin. That said, I was not pleased to order it at $10.05 for 10ml on 1/16/18, and to see advertised today, 1/23/18 at $6.99.

I bought this oil to use in a recipe I found on the “internet machine,” as my lampshade wearing mother, wearer of “vagina trousers,” would call The Google. Oh, now that’s an image, 90 pound cotton top, missing a tooth, wearing a small lampshade at an angle on her head, referring to the old jeans with a hole in the crotch as “vagina trousers.” Ok, what were we talking about again.... oh, Lavender Oil and my liver spot removal recipe. The stuff is great! I added it to the face spot removal recipe and use it at night. I stopped using it in the daytime because I just looked greasy. At least the focus was off the salad plate sized spot on my face, but People were suggesting blotter paper instead of a dermatologist, as they usually do. Anyway, the spot is getting lighter. And my pillows smell great!

I was introduced to lavender essential oils when my kid got scraped at a birthday party. The host instructed me to put this on my kid's owie to help it heal. It smelled so good! I started putting it on all my children before bedtime, and of course the wound to help it heal. I was hooked! I bought another bottle, which was Young Living, and couldn't get over the price! I paid 3X more than this one from Healing Solutions, and I can't find much difference between the two, except in a side by side smell test, I do like Young Living better, but for the price? The difference in smell makes no difference. Both are therapeutic grade and pure. This one from Healing Solutions is also sourced and harvested responsibly. If you do know of a difference, please email me, otherwise, I'm switching to this lavender.

This smelled nothing like lavender to me. My boyfriend and his mom both thought it smelled good, but it made me nauseous. I don't know what's up with that.

I bought this based on other reviews and I am happy with my purchase. I use a few drops of the lavender along with Nature’s Truth peppermint in my shower to fill the room with a relaxing scent. I like that my bathroom is starting to retain the scent since I use it daily. I also make a epsom salt & baking soda mixture with this lavender oil & Nature’s Truth peppermint for my bi-weekly bath soak which smells amazing. Even my 11 year old asks to have some put in the tub for bath time. I also put drops in the toilet as a passive diffuser. I have tried other brands but when combined, they smell ‘off’ to me. The one thing I will say is what other’s have said about the larger size bottle. I ordered a larger size one time and it didn’t smell the same - it seemed diluted- so I stick to the smaller .33 size and it’s been consistent.
