Review: Don't follow their recipe - Heat the appropriate amount of ghee, fry the given masala for like 2 minutes when the smell of fresh roasted chillies hits your face it's ready. Keep the masala on simmer now, put a lil ginger garlic paste and do put some extra salt because it is under seasoned. At the end add your chicken/prawns/red meat/paneer and cook until the masala is semi-thick. Tastes amazing. While the masala itself is very good , it's very pricey. Would be amazing at 125-150 rather than 250.

A: Boneless chicken medium-spicy one tablespoon is good however you can measure your spice levels and add more if you want it spicier.
For chicken with bones, 1 1/2 tablespoon is good however you can add more if you want it spicier.

THIS IS NOT GHEE ROAST MASALA in any way ! The name MANGALORE GHEE ROAST MASALA is completely misleading , ghee roast masala must have Ghee as the main ingredient, and NOT VINEGAR !!! If someone is looking for a ghee roast masala that you have tasted in mangalore , I bet you will be utterly disappointed with this masala made with just vinegar and chilli powder !
