I'm very happy with this. As to some of the negative reviews, I had to comment. When your cutting the tape to open the box, don't go crazy with a razor blade or box cutter because your going to cut the bag, gloves or both. The people talking about the bag arriving damaged probably damaged it themselves opening the box. The people talking about it deflating. You probably over inflated it. Please use common sense when inflating the bag. If your starting to see stitches or the ball seems ready to burst your over inflating it! It just needs enough air to rebound back at you. For the person talking about it flying apart, you obviously didn't tighten the hardware. I was a mechanic and I can assure you that this hardware is sufficient for holding this together. The guy complaining about the indentations for height adjustment. Try turning the screw in just enough to touch the post and slide it while you put pressure on the screw. It's not magic! You can feel the notch and you simply tighten it. That said, this is a speed bag on a pole. Don't buy this expecting a $200 heavy bag. It's an economical priced speed bag. It's absolutely fine for practicing a punch and to learn hand eye coordination. Don't expect to whail into this kicking and punching like your in a NYC gym. It's a home workout tool and it's perfect for it's intended use. Don't mess something up and take to giving bad reviews about an item. Again, common sense goes a long way. If your considering buying this, buy it! I love mine. It's perfect for me and my strength and abilities. I'm 61 and rebuilding my strength after a 3 year cancer battle. This is fine to punch and train yourself with. Be careful cutting the box open, find a good quality Phillips screwdriver and you will be hitting it in 30 minutes most. I filled mine with water. It's very stable. If your planning to buy this for a teen who's going to beat and kick it like a heavy bag, do yourself a favor and spend more money for something professional. This is perfect for me. Very happy with it.

Has held up just fine. I read some comments and was a lil hesitant till I read a review that went over all the complaints by people and said what they most likely did wrong and I didn't do the wrong 😂😂 I filled water in mine. I'm loving the exercise

Very easy to assemble, I wouldn’t use the gloves that are included as my hands don’t fit but that’s a personal problem. The bag itself is good for practice but don’t expect to be able to hit full force, I found myself screwing in the base every 5 minutes whenever I’d increase my power. Overall great option for the price just don’t turn into Prime Jon Jones or else the pole and bag will break, PS DONT DO LEG KICKS! I ended up launching the bag with the adjustment pole across my room!

I bought this for my son and he loves it. Its easy to use. It is sturdy when punched and it was easy to put together and fill up to have weight.

Was not sure when I ordered about minimal height for youth, but it works fine. Well made for youth. Not sure I would call it durable enough for adult use, but for a nine year old boy it's great and will last. He loves using it and benefits from the exercise.

02/14/2026 I had purchased the punching bag for my gym area...for the purpose of strengthening & tightening up my arm muscles.... YES...I read the reviews stating that there were screw issues with the screw which secures the base of the bag...working itself loose after a couple punches...requiring tightening of the screw quite often.... But I had figured that being a 71 year old woman...that I wouldn't be hitting the bag with a force that this & that this would most likely not happen... BUT Even with tightening the screw to its fullest extent........ YES......the screw still works itself out/loose...very easily...after just a few punches..causing the bag to become very unstable....having to tighten the screw quite often... Very disappointed with the product for that reason....otherwise...the bag would be perfect for what I had intended it for.... I am going to try using what is called "Loc Tite" on the screw to see if that will secure the screw into the base.... If that doesn't solve the issue/problem..........I will sadly...most likely... have to return the product Update: 02/24/26 The "Loc Tite" glue did not work after about 50 hits the screw once again worked itself loose...no longer being able to punch the bag with any accuracy The bag is useless until this issue would be addressed/fixed... The punching bag would be a "GREAT" plus for your gym area....once the screw issue would not be a problem Update: 2/27/26 FINALLY...solved the loosening screw issue I bought... what is called " Loctite Blue Stick Threadlocker " Put it on the full length of the screw...tightened it back into the base...gave it 24 hours to dry tried the bag out this morning IT WORKED GREAT NO LOOSENING OF THE SCREW Loved My Workout...!!!!!

Fun and not cost prohibitive unless you are a strong and/or serious with practicing. Bought this for my teenager. Instructions advised to fill base with sand or water. I did not have sand handy and I had a teenager eager to use their new punching bag. One hefty punch and the base split on the horizontal seam and water (gallons) came gushing out. Needless to say, lots of cleanup and a bummed out teen (no one wants that LOL). If I had filled the base with sand, the cleanup would not have been nearly as bad. However, the base would have split anyway. Likely a good product for the light of fist - but not for any serious power punchers (or kickers).

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. He loves it. Teaching him a lot of reflex and dexterity. Definitely recommend. Great product. Great quality.

Works well for my 13 year old who wished for this to exercise and for "emotional relief". The gloves are low quality and the pole gets a bit loose after some hard punches but can be screwed on again.

Sehr gut. Am besten den Fuss mit Sand befüllen. Mein Sohn benutzt es täglich. Sehr stabil, denn er nimmt es nicht zum Boxen sondern zum Treten (Kicken) Kann es also ohne Probleme weiter empfehlen.

My son loved receiving this for his birthday! However, it’s only lasted 8 weeks and has now broken! Very disappointed

Va genial para practicar boxeo con conocimiento,quiero decir que puedes darle golpes y hacer juego de pies y puños,pero tampoco es un saco de boxeo,cumple muy bien su finalidad!!!
