Do you recommend seasoning the tins prior to use with shortening?

Do not season these tins. When making my favorite Norwegian butter cookie, I do not even use cooking spray.

Each mold is wider at the top than the base. On the round mold, the diameter of the base is about 1.5 inches. On the round mold, the top edge to edge is about 2.5 inches in diameter. The other shapes are similar in size.

Perfect shape & size

Perfect shape & size for the ITALIAN BOCCONOTTI COOKIES, but they stick like crazy, so you HAVE to coat them with something & they are thin, so you have to wait a bit for them to cool before you can use again.

Sturdy, easy to use, good selection of shapes.Cut my finger twice when I washed them. Hard to clean, especially between the ridges.
