Lifesaver! Game Changer!
I am still not sure how or why this works but it helped me regain strength in my knee and made it possible for me to walk without pain. I tried everything from custom fitted knee braces that were bulky and awkward, to spandex style sleeves that never fit properly, either cutting off circulation or falling down. This stays put, and is comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time.

Works
I bought this because I have issues with my knee. I do wish the strips were smaller. I have short legs and waste tape because I have to trim them down a bit. The only thing I did not like is that the adhesive stays on my skin for a while. I didn't notice it at first but it was a couple days after I removed it and I was getting out of the shower and little black dots were on my leg. I figured it out by the pattern of the dots, that it was left over adhesive. I do use alcohol to remove the tape because it rips my skin if I don't. But the tape works, so I'm pretty happy. Now I can work out and go on hikes with much less pain.

Great tape for less money
Loved this tape for my knee before replacement surgery. It stuck well to the skin and was easy to use. Had a nice stretch to it to hold the knee and would last through a shower.

Sticks great- except the black roll!
I have to update my review- I order this every month because I need a lot of KT tape- for the past 4-5 orders the black tape is absolutely useless- no stick at all- at first I thought it was a fluke and decided to keep ordering- but I’m tired or paying for 3 roll and only having 2 that work. Such a waste. Original review- This is better than brand name KT tape, last a for close to a week when I tape my knee and works just as well!

KT tape is the bomb!
You put this stuff on a sore area—mine is mostly for my knees— and the pain almost always goes away! Great stuff. And I like the precut strips.
