I do wish the strips were smaller. I have short legs and waste tape because I have to trim them down a bit. The only thing I did not like is that the adhesive stays on my skin for a while. I didn't notice it at first but it was a couple days after I removed it and I was getting out of the shower and little black dots were on my leg. I figured it out by the pattern of the dots, that it was left over adhesive. I do use alcohol to remove the tape because it rips my skin if I don't. But the tape works, so I'm pretty happy.
