Even when you drink it just with water or milk, it feels like you're drinking plaster. The flavor is just bad; I bought the vanilla one and I struggled to recognise it to be honest. Sure, better than those extra-chemical vanilla flavors, but this barely taste like anything. Finally, I also felt it was a lot heavier on my stomach than the standard whey proteins.
