A great flexible tripod, a bit taller than my Joby Gorillapod 500, but costs a lot less and I would certainly recommend this one. It is sturdy, resilient, seems to be well made and I am very happy with it. The ball sections are a bit larger than the aforementioned one, so will also be a alternative tripod for different outdoor situations ... job's a good'un. I plan to use this tripod in the main, it for holding my external mic on the arm on my chair while using the laptop and also to take my Sony Handycam camcorder.

I used this on a beach holiday with a DJI Osmo Action 4 and found it really good. We managed to take pictures we previously thought impossible without a ton of fiddling. -1 star though as the plastic at the top is extremely brittle and if you over tighten it even a little bit it will crack like mine did.

Use it with my go pro. No issues so far

Very flexible and sturdy. It hold the position that you put it in and does the job perfectly. Each of the "links" on the legs has a rubber edge to it that provides great grip and no slip (at least not with just the weight of a go pro). Although this is not official go pro merchandise it works every bit as well and worth every penny

I received my Crosstour CT9500 camera next day delivery (thanks Amazon prime) . Out the box and working within minutes (and I’m far from technical savvy). All the accessories seem to cover all eventualities and all looks well made. I’m going on holiday soon so I’m really looking forward to learning how to use all the functions and taking some great photos and videos. As for the octopus flexi tripod, I’ve seen these advertised and liked the idea behind the design. Now I’ve got one it works great and I look forward to getting lots of great photos and videos using it

Bought this for my Go Pro 8 for those hard to reach angles and shots. This does the job perfectly unless you want to pay quadruple the price for the official gopro one. The build quality of this is good, the ball joints have just the right amount of stiffness to support the camera as you bend it into the shape you need. It also folds together to create a shorty handle, probably all you really need when you're out and about on your travels. It feels like it's built to last and take a few knocks in the process... so why would you need to pay any more?!

I have not tested the tripod "in the field" yet however it strikes me as semi sturdy from a little handling (treat the legs with little aggression and keep in mind this is a cheap gorilla Pod! The mount does not stay in place when the go pro is mounted and twists around freely simply from the weight. I however do not need the mount to twist around as I would simply just alter the tripods position therefore I have just super glued the moung in place. It does the job.

This works well in so many different ways, from tripod to gripping trees and polls it's so versatile and even works as a short grip

Ottima qualità, paragonabile quella dell'originale. La slitta per la videocamera è molto comoda, specialmente per fare video di fretta. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che creano video senza farlo per lavoro principale: molto simile all’originale, ma costa decisamente meno.
