As someone who has foot drop & spasticity, I love using this brace. I hate wearing my AFO especially since I wear a lot of low heels. (Yes I am able to wear them) & these braces fit perfectly in boots, tennis shoes, my uggs. They have incredible support & are very comfortable. The height of the brace itself is pretty easy to hide. Ignore the tall sock in the photo, it’s cold & I needed warmer socks.

I have old injuries in both ankles and surgery is 10 weeks non weight bearing, which isn't an option for me right now. These ankle supports are so comfortable. They are adjustable, so I can control the amount of support and compression. They fit under my shoes, although I think I will get longer shoestrings for my gym sneakers. They reduce the swelling in my ankles by at least 50%. When I first put them on, I can notice the extra material under my foot, but once they are on a few minutes, I don't notice...I wear them all day, as I am a hair stylist and stand most of the day. I highly recommend if you are having ankle pain, swelling or instability. I also wear them to the gym and they are very helpful! They have reduced the pain in my ankles and I would highly recommend.

Perfect to protect ankle when you work out or and to walk 18 hole golfing. Gives enough support and not too bulky if you need to wear inside of your shoes.

Gives good support, adjustable for comfort

I had a purpose to use it while playing soccer but too thick cozd me ankles pain.

The product now fits well and gives good support and comfort. My only problem was the size, No guide on web site. Im a size 10 1/2 and first bought a Large .... Way too small. Returned it and got Extra Large fits great.

These braces hold the ankle firm and keep my ankle from pronating inward. This is the second set that I've ordered because they work so well. I often wear the brace when walking around without shoes.

I purchased this item for my ankles as I love to do cardio (7-9 miles a day) but my ankles have given me problems since Marine Corps Bootcamp in 1999. Immediately I found these items extremely difficult to put on and even more difficult to take them off. We’re talking straining and fearing I’m going to break them trying to take them off. They put a note in my order saying that if I had problems that I could reach out to them first and they would reply within 24 hours. After 72 plus hours, NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. In my opinion you this is terrible customer service and this product sucks bc of its lack of usability. You will struggle for several minutes to get this off your foot especially if you have any sweat on the brace from working out. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product and the company all together. They are not in the customer service business, they are in the money taking business.

I was told by my physiotherapist to get some soft supports to help out w/ my ankle sprain that wouldn't inhibit proprioceptive control, and these do the job nicely as it combines a neoprene sleeve and tensor wrap. The velcro wraps are good quality, and the tightness can be adjusted as desired. The neoprene sleeve fits well but isn't super snug (I wear a women's 8.5 or men's 7, medium width foot), and its pretty low profile under a sock. Don't use these if you need something rigid or semi-rigid, but for gentle support while rehabing a sprain, they're a good choice. Its nice they come in a pair, and I even got a pair of wrist wraps with them.

I like the compressive support they offer without being stiff. I use them for mountainbiking to protect my ankles from rocks, and to fill my shoes out a little to offer better support and security. The only issue I had was the hem was doubled up ontop of the foot and would cause a pressure point quickly. So I cut it out. The hem isn’t really even necessary at all.
