A small tasty treat Great for those days when you want to have just a little extra love. I even named my cat after these. They're super soft, and taste really good.

Definitely not machine or "machine rice cakes". I had high hopes because of a review saying to ignore the bad reviews because they didnt understand what 4ice cakes were, but i would ignore that review. My husband lived in Japan for 2 years and I've come to love all kinds of mochi and this ain't it. No chewy texture that mochi has and the taste doesn't even match either. Too bad because I was so excited and we don't live close to market to get the real ones.

We love this for making bingsoo at home. It was more expensive than the local h mart, but that drive is about 40 minutes each way. Overall the quality was better, in my opinion, but my kids preferred the local ones flavor. I do like that this brand isn't smothered in corn starch, and has a subtler flavor.

If you know mochi you know lol these arrived fresh as they were very soft. Good quality. I wish they made a black sesame flavor of these. I used to buy them from a site that was the only place that made these in this size and in that flavor but discontinued them a while ago, i always check back but its been a few years now, oh well...It's okay I can just buy the bigger mochi in other flavors. These are like mini marshmallows but a little less sweet and a bit softer. The more fresh the more soft with a bit of stretch 😋 😊

These arrived very fresh and soft. They made a perfect topping for ice cream.

I was a little disappointed with these- they didn't seem to be coated with much corn starch, which is good in a way because that can really interfere with the flavor. But most of them were kinda moist and sticky because of it. I was also a little disappointed in the flavor. There really wasn't any flavor at all. The only enjoyment I got from them was the texture. I absolutely love the texture of mochi and similar type foods, so I enjoyed these. They are definitely way more firm than actual mochi, but still have that nice, chewy yet firm texture. Overall, I don't know if I'd buy it again- they are simply too expensive for the quality.

These mochi taste too sweet and have a somewhat artificial taste to them that I personally don't like. If you're expecting these to taste like regular and fresh mochi, you're going to be disappointed. This product is also not returnable. So, if you don't like the artificial taste, there's nothing you can do but throw it away.
