ITF+ CompTIA IT Fundamentals All-in-One Exam Guide, Second Edition (Exam FC0-U61)

This book has made studying so easy with practice questions at the end of each chapter. The passages are not long or drawn out, but easy to understand. Looking forward to passing my exam!

I teach ITF and A+ for a local tech school. I bought this book for my 13y/o because he knows just enough to be dangerous. With the right setup, COMPTIA now allows for in home testing. A lot of techs or tech wannabes will tell you A+ is where to start. I have been at this for 38 years and I am telling you, Start with ITF+. Even if you have been around IT for awhile there will be something here you did not know.

I have a basic understanding of computers, networking, and general IT knowledge. This book helped to fill in the gaps and learn some of the terminology that I wasn't super familiar with. I received the book on a Saturday and tool the exam the following Saturday. During that week I read the book cover to cover and took all the quizzes. I am knocking 1 star off due to one of the quizzes having the wrong answer. The reasoning is correct, but the actual letter in the key doesn't match the letter choice in the quiz. Also the provided online test questions were not verified for functionality at all. Several questions ask you to choose 2 or more answers when the questions all have radio buttons that only allow for one to be selected. Then when the test is graded, that question is marked incorrect since all answers weren't selected. Edit: Like others have stated I had the top of pages stuck together very frequently. Probably 10% of the pages were glued together. They separated easily, but it was a nuisance and had to be done carefully.

This book helped me pass the CompTia ITF+ in about 2 weeks of studying. The online practice exams UI looks exactly like they look like for the real thing. I'm eagerly awaiting their CompTia A+ 1201 & 1202 books!

Already had A+ certification. Was getting this just because its a certification that does not (currently) need to be renewed. There was still plenty of information within this book that clarified things I wasn't 100% certain on or was completely unaware of. Passed the exam on the first try.

Use this...THIS. this is not only made by the goat himself but is a great way to learn essentially everything on that exam and about technologies.

I just took my ITF fundamentals test this morning and passed!!! This book is HIGHLY recommended, but for some people it won't be just a one and done read, you will HAVE to make notes, study materials, and practice practice practice. This book provided an excellent voucher for the test, on the COMPTIA website it's about 125 or more, and for their voucher through this book, I got it for 106 dollars flat. Again, this is highly recommended but there is a LOT of content that is gone over so it can be easy to overwhelm yourself, just go in with an open mind and you'll get through it :)

Es interesante, tal vez no es tan actualizado ya que es una edición de hace algunos años, la calidad del libro es buena.

E' approfondito, utile e un passo fondamentale per entrare da zero nella materia. E' un'occasione per leggere in inglese. Inglese comprensibile per la 3° liceo in poi.

Es ist ein Super Lern-Tool, gerade die Kontrollfragen sind sehr hilfreich nach den jeweiligen Kapitel. Das Buch ist sehr praxisnah geschrieben. Vielen Dank!
