This System Works!
Great product! Keeps the toilet super clean without daily scrubbing. Works in the bowl only. So the tank parts don’t get destroyed. Super easy to install the unit and these refills are a cinch to change.

USA Made & Better Than Some Alternatives
I bought both this and a similar product by KSend which is about 66% cheaper. So I'll do this in more of a comparison review. Value: - The KSend is cheaper at about $10 and uses standard toilet bleach generic pellets. - The NeverScrub! uses their refill cartridges that are filled with bleach granules, the refill cartridges are around ~$5 each and are supposed to last up to 90 days -- however the cartridges are easily disassembled, and you could likely break up some generic pellets to refill. Quality/Construction: - The KSend is Made in China and the plastic feels noticeably more flimsy. You have to really screw down the cap or higher pressure water systems will cause it to leak. - The NeverScrub! is Made in USA and the plastic feels more reinforced/rugged. You also need to make sure to secure the top as needed. It also doesn't hurt to put some hose clamps on if you have high pressure in your water lines. Function: - The KSend pushes water through the housing and then directly out the other side into the outlet tube, because of this wide-open design you tend to get a powerful smell of bleach in the toilet, and the bowl water is noticeably "yellowish" from the bleach being in the water. - The NeverScrub! uses a more restricted path with the water flowing in the bottom, getting pushed through the bleach granules, and then back out into the area where it leaves the housing. I didn't notice any strong smell and it seems apparent that there's not as much bleach being dispensed with this design (a good thing). - Both seemed to keep the bleach from getting in the upper basin assuming they're properly secured and installed. Conclusion: Given the fact the NeverScrub! design seems to meter the bleach better and feels like it's built to last longer overall, I'd have to recommend going with that design -- I relegated the KSend to the guest bathroom just because of the strong odor. The downside of the proprietary refill cartridges is mitigated by the fact the cartridges are easily refilled with very little DIY.

Sprays bleach water everywhere from leaks in the body and fittings
I really tried to make this work. I had bought 2 of them. Water sprays out of a casting pin hole and shoots straight up. The defect was in both of these units. I dried off the first one and sealed the pin hole with silicone. After it cured and I reinstalled it both fittings (not the tubing) on the inlet side was spraying the bleach water into the toilet tank and because of that the bowl level was not even close to the normal level. So I took it out again, dried it off and siliconed both fitting leaks which I shouldn't need to have to do on a new unit. Finally now no leaks! The next issue is when you flush by the time it gets the air out of the system it shorts the water to the toilet bowl causing a low level water level in the toilet bowl. There was also several plastic shavings inside the bodies of both units when I received them. I think the idea is great however the quality of manufacture is at a very low level. I never installed or used the second one because of such poor quality. I will try the Fluidmaster brand and hopefully it will be better. YOU SHOULD ALSO BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE NOT RETUNABLE !

It works great but the inlet connector has a crack and leaks.

Extremely effective and worth the cost
I purchased another brand of a similar system and wasn't completely satisfied with it, but at the time, it was being used on older toilets. We replaced all of the toilets in our house with new Kohler toilets and decided to try this brand, and I am very pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Basically, I have not had to scrub my toilet bowls now for 4 months at all.

Works Well But Noisy
I had been using the Flush N' Sparkle system for decades but, when the unit started to leak, I could not find a replacement unit so I thought that the manufacturer discontinued it. So, I purchased a Never Scrub unit. It seems to work very well to keep the bowls sanitary between scrubbings but I find that it is really noisy upon flushing. A weird gurgling noise. I just saw that Amazon has Flush N' Sparkle units for sale so I'm going to switch back whin my NS refills run out.

Ignore the haters
Brilliant design. Works great! Way better than tablets, which keep dissolving even when you're gone, and never last as long as the listing says. I have hard water and don't flush every time, and this stuff works. Love that it has no dye. Smell isn't noticeable unless you stick you head in the toilet. Check out the ratings on the refills. People who use this system love it. I'm on that list now. UPDATE: I now have them in 4 toilets. First one still working after six months on original cartridge. Here's what to expect. First, the tubes are extra long. They can easily be cut with scissors. Leave an extra inch or two and curve them. Second, the cartridge may be loose and leaking. Turn it clockwise. Third, for the first few weeks, it might work so good below the water line that the part above the waterline will look dingy. Be patient. In a few more weeks, the top will clean up to match just from the flush water flowing over it.

100% legit
Yo, the NeverScrub Self Cleaning Toilet System is 100% legit! I’ve tried all sorts of products before, but nothing compares to this. It’s like set it and forget it. Just hook it up, and it keeps the bowl sparkling for months. No scrubbing, no fuss. Keeps stains, rings, and odors at bay like no other. Seriously, this thing is a game changer for anyone trying to ditch the toilet brush. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the result
The previous toilet bowl stains disappeared and the bowl is staying white and clear of any hard water stains. Smells fresh, a bit like a hot tub as it likely uses similar chemicals. Should be good for 3 months so just need to find a good place to shop for the refills now.

Not reusable
You either have to buy new plastic inserts everytime or a whole new device.

Garbage.
Installed it into my teen son’s toilet because he’s a typical kid who hates cleaning. 2 weeks later the bowl needed a clean regardless. Helps a bit but not a replacement for a toilet brush.
