Great for aiding my hair growth!
I lost a lot of hair during a medication usage. Now that I have stopped, I started taking this and a few others. My hair is doing wonderful now. It is thicker, new hairs are growing, and my hair is getting longer. It looks so healthy. So far no issues or side effects. No after taste and easy to swallow.

Actually I give to my dog for a medical condition with her nails. This with other supplements have held her at bay from her nails falling off. If its not broken.. i will use them for her for life.

Great Results
I use Vital Proteins powder but I don't drink coffee so I have to mix it in my food, I take the pills to supplement days I dont get the powder. I saw these recommended on Tiktok & decided the price made them worth trying. They are bigger than the Vital Proteins brand pills but seem to work just as well. They are the same dosage; you have to take 6 pills a day. For the price you can't beat the results! Adding collagen has helped my joints & all but stopped my hair shedding.
