Beka Master Carbon Steel Scratch Resistant Frying Pan 28 cm

I cannot comment on durability, but can say that this Beka pan looks sturdy and should last well. On a gas hob, the pan distributes heat well while the removable red silicon sleeve insulates the handle quite effectively. I've avoided trying metal utensils, so can't say whether it is scratch-resistant, but, so far, no scratches to be seen. Very easy to clean - again, I use a non-scratch sponge, but it does the job.

I've had the pan about a month now, it has slightly discoloured but it seems to be a great pan, non stick holding strong and it just feels like a quality pan, I've moved from a scoville pan to this due to changing to induction hobs and I wouldn't go back, great pan for the price!

Feels great quality and expect it will last.

Dommage qu'il etait un peu endommagé a l'arrivé, un impact lors de livraison a enlevé qq millimetres du revetement sur le bord. En tout cas le revêtement a l'air solide, et la cuisson est parfaite sur induction. J'espere juste que ce petit coin décappé ne va pas s'étendre... A voir.

Endlich eine Pfanne, die ein sehr gutes Bratergebnis liefert und nicht wie ein rohes Ei behandelt werden muss. Es bleibt nichts kleben und die Reinigung ist einfach. Ein kleines Minus, es haben sich einige Flecken am Boden gebildet, die aber das Bratergebnis nicht beeinträchtigen, also nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfleck. Ich bin zufrieden und kann die Pfanne nur empfehlen.

Cette poele a été inutilisable au bout d'une semaine...trés mauvaise qualité...attache tous les aliments même avec de la graisse...à éviter absolument
