NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • From the stars of the Netflix series Get Organized with The Home Edit (with a serious fan club that includes Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Mindy Kaling), here is an accessible, room-by-room guide to establishing new order in your home. “A master class on how to arrange even your most unattractive belongings—and spaces—in an aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-navigate way.”— Glamour (10 Books to Help You Live Your Best Life) Believe this: every single space in your house has the potential to function efficiently and look great. The mishmash of summer and winter clothes in the closet? Yep. Even the dreaded junk drawer? Consider it done. And the best news: it’s not hard to do—in fact, it’s a lot of fun. From the home organizers who made their orderly eye candy the method that everyone swears by comes Joanna and Clea’s signature approach to decluttering. The Home Edit walks you through paring down your belongings in every room, arranging them in a stunning and easy-to-find way (hello, labels!), and maintaining the system so you don’t need another do-over in six months. When you’re done, you’ll not only know exactly where to find things, but you’ll also love the way it looks. A masterclass and look book in one, The Home Edit is filled with bright photographs and detailed tips, from placing plastic dishware in a drawer where little hands can reach to categorizing pantry items by color (there’s nothing like a little ROYGBIV to soothe the soul). Above all, it’s like having your best friends at your side to help you turn the chaos into calm. Review: Fantastic Book!! - I loved everything about this book! Its relatable, educational, and fun to read! They did an awesome job at making home organizing simple and enjoyable (I also liked the humor tossed in). This should be a mandatory read for any human! No one ever teaches you how to properly maintain a home and space (at least my parents and teachers never did) and it really does work and gives me so much satisfaction!!! I can sew myself referring to this book often when o feel like a space is becoming dysfunctional or cluttered. 10\10 recommend!!! Review: I love this book! - Originally I thought watching the show would be sufficient, but this book actually put a lot of things into perspective and was enjoyable to read. You wouldn't necessarily think a book on organizing would be interesting or entertaining, but this really is. The pictures are also extremely satisfying to look at. Not only are they bright and colorful, but the organization is something you could just look at all day long. The book is insightful, humorous and realistic. I sincerely love it!

It's Not Just a System, It's THE System!
I am a huge fan and believer in The Home Edit! I've lived in chaos most of my life because I had no idea how to create an organization system that actually WORKS long term! The Home Edit does just that! It's an easy, fun read, with lots of real life examples and pictures, and includes a few pages of resources to check out! The whole book walks you through room by room, step by step, how to go about getting rid of the things you don't need/want and organizing the things you do need and love in a way that is both functional and beautiful! Highly highly recommend this book as well as the companion workbook The Home Edit Workbook - by Clea Shearer & Joanna Teplin (Paperback) and The Home Edit Life - by Clea Shearer & Joanna Teplin (Hardcover)!

Organizing Tips and Pretty Pictures
Organizing and creating systems to keep homes looking clean has never looked so easy. The tips given make it easy to take small steps to get any space in tip-top ROYGBIV shape. I enjoyed watching “The Home Edit” on Netflix more than the book though. Clea and Joana’s voices and bubbly personalities bring more motivation to any project, and it was easier to visualize the entire project area instead of a tiny part of it as you get in the book.

Books in print are still much needed and The Home Edit proves it!!!
The Home Edit team just made my day!!! I waited all day ( and every day since November) to get this book and finally got it. It is so impressive. I can't wait to read it cover to cover (when my kids go to bed). However, my daughter, that is 7, is very much interested in the kids play areas (and everything so colorful and ROYGBIV) and now wants to rip apart the house and start organizing! I was so afraid she was going to rip the pages while she was "tearing through" the book. I asked her if she could describe it in one word and she said "Pretty." and I will totally agree with her that it certainly is pretty and is now in my possession( and I clearly can't just use one word to describe it because I am a hoarder)! I also want to say that you have an amazing Instagram and I LOVE your stories but having your book in print in my home as a guide and to get our home in order just proves that it is extremely important to have tangible, beautiful pages to look through. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so happy that your friend Leah introduced you gals. Loved the page dedicated to her as well...really really cool! Thank you! Peace and Love, Ann and (Her Family) xoxoxo

More than just pretty pictures
Really enjoyed this book after reading it all the way through. I follow them on Instagram, so I’ve picked up tips over the years, but what I liked about the book was that it really brought together their vision of organization as decor. I knew what they did was pleasing to the eye, but to me, this was a written version of their entire philosophy on organizing that you don’t get in one place on Instagram. I’m a reformed clutter bug and this book spoke to me more than others I have recently read that advised removing all your furniture from a room and putting back only what you love. Yeah, not going to happen. However, their philosophy (stuff vs. space) has changed the way I shop, which I now believe is the heart of organization. The tips are practical and they acknowledge different types of rooms. Not everyone has a giant walk in pantry, but you can take bits and pieces from each of their jobs and apply them to your project. Like any book, you have to take what applies to you and remember that everyone is different. We have different budgets and different amounts of time to devote to organization upkeep, but the inspiration is applicable to everyone. Definitely glad I own this book so I can refer back to it if I ever move as well. Also, the humor is top notch. Dry self-deprecation, yes please.

Lovely; with tips for every space in the home!
A book fit to be in the rainbow’s true pot of gold. The Home Edit guide is gorgeous, bright, and approachable, easing the reader into tackling messes through the home. As a long-time follower of The Home Edit, I’ve been trying to infuse their tips and practices into parts of my home, like my pantry and bathroom drawers, however, this book makes me feel like I have a partner in going room by room to categorize, arrange, and spruce up my whole home. Organizing my pantry and bathroom drawers with Clea and Joanna’s tips for using bins (with museum gel in drawers!) and labels has made a major difference in keeping our home neat even with two little kids. Also, they even organize breast pump supplies! This is unheard of and INCREDIBLY helpful. I’m so thrilled to use this guide for the rest of my home. And it’s absolutely beautiful! These ladies are such an inspiration and super funny. Their voices come through in the book so it feels like you’re hearing them y’all as you read (I’m also excited to listen to the audio book!). Review written by Jeffrey’s wife, Kristen F.
