Does this have SPF in it?

I have an older packaging of this product which states SPF 18. This is from the mineral components in the product which are physical sunscreens.

I have problems finding the best foundation/powder due to red blotches on my face.Will this cover and last all day on splotches?

I don't think that by itself this product, even though great, will do what you want. My suggestion would be to try to lighten the blotches first using Physicians Formula Concealer. I have one of these (a flat, square container with two shades of concealer side by side and a small flat brush used one side for one color and the other side for the second color.) One shade is a kind of yellow which sounds yuk but works great on purplish blotches. The other color is a kind of peach. I use it for a few age spots on my hand. occasional bruises and the yellow in the corners of my eyes which are dark. You can sometimes use both colors together to get the perfect result. If you use your fingertips to pat the powder into the touched up places, it will do the best job. I hope this works for you.
