Great wall mount for the price. We had an old 20" tube style TV that would not die, and it had been sitting on my wife's dresser in our bedroom. I know, we are behind the times a bit. :) So, we purchased a new 43" LED TV during Black Friday. The wife now wanted the TV off of her dresser so she could reclaim some of her dresser space back. I did my research on what TV wall mounts to get. The consensus out there said Cheetah mounts were the best. I came across this one and noticed that it was about $10 cheaper than the lowest Cheetah Tilt wall mount. Reviews for this one was good. Being the cheapskate that I am, I went with this one. :) The mount came in a box. It consists of 3 main pieces (the wall mount bracket and 2 arms). It came with plenty of screws for the bracket and for your TV. The arms were already assembled. I laid the 3 main components on our bed to see how it all worked out. The top "hook" on each of the arm brackets hook onto the top part of the wall mount bracket which has like a lip for the hooks to hook on to. The bottom of each arm brackets also have a retractable hook. By pulling on the strap, you can move the hook down so you can lock the bottom part of the brackets on to the bottom part of the mount. The wall mount went up easily after finding the studs on the wall. I put the arm brackets on the back of our new TV. From there on, my wife and I put the TV on the wall mount. The top hooks went on the top part of the wall mount. We pulled the straps on the arms, made sure the bottom of the arm bracket was resting against the bottom of the lip of the wall mount, and released the straps so the hooks can lock into the bottom of the wall mount. Voila! New TV mounted on the wall. You can even slide the TV from left to right if you need to "center" the TV to the wall. I used the included leveler and it was leveled perfectly. I didn't have any issues like some of the other reviewers said. I doubled check with my own and it came out to be perfect also. Because of the height of our TV, we use the Tilt option. Probably didn't need to tilt it but my wife said she could see a slight difference in the viewing when it was tilted. Word of advice. Before you mount the wall mount bracket, make sure you have it to the spot that you want to put it in. Once those screws go into the wall, you don't want to move them. I suggest you cut out a card board of the same size of your TV and put it to where you think you want it to be. For us, my 13 year old son and I held the TV up to the spot that we thought we wanted it to be. The TV was on and my wife then laid on the our bed letting us know if the height was acceptable. Overall, a good purchase for the price. Metal was thick. Quality was nice. Installation was easy. I have seen other wall mounts with the same feature as this one for a lot more than. I'm sure they work just as well as this one. But why pay more? I would easily recommend this mount to anyone who is thinking about buying a more expensive model.

The Mounting Dream MD2268-MK Tilt TV Wall Mount was an excellent purchase for me. It was very easy to install. The included leveler is fairly cheap, but it works and was very helpful it getting the wall mount leveled. Even though the level is cheap, I have been using it a lot. It is very small and compact which is nice. The wall mount works great. It can hold between a 26" TV to a 55" TV. The wall frame is of good construction. The pieces are sturdy, but they are very lightweight. The bars attach to the TV, and they hook onto the frame attached to the wall. The tilt feature is nice to get the angle you want if the TV is mounted high. The included HDMI cable is a nice plus. I didn't need one, but getting one for free one can't complain. I have the included HDMI cable plugged into the TV, and I let it hang behind twist-tied so I have the cable easily available in case I need to plug a device to the TV. I don't want to have to take the TV off the wall just to plug and unplug a cable. The TV ends up being about 1 1/2" from the wall with the wall frame there. Depending on the TV and where the ports and jacks are located, it can be hard to reach back to insert a cable. I definitely recommend this TV wall mount as a good buy. It is a very good price on Amazon. If you have Amazon Prime. the 2-day Free shipping is nice.

Alright so i waited a couple days to post a review. What i like about this product is that it does it what it says(mounts your tv :) ). It is quite sturdy and not at all complicated to put together. It comes with instructions and a small leveling tool. I would recommend you get this for the recommended tv sizes each version can hold. It does have a slight tilt forward i believe a few degrees forward. The tilt is decent enough depending on how far the tv is from the bed and how far up you place your tv. If its above your eye level then you might want another product depending on how big your tv is. If its just at eye level and below then you should be good. This took me about 1 1/2 hours because i wanted to make sure it was even and that it was going to be secure. Also it took me awhile to figure out how to operate the hand drill properly before i could get things to go smooth. The 4th picture is all the tools i used to mount my tv. Tools Needed Stud Finder Small v8-v10 Hand Drill 5/32 drill bit Tape measurer Some sort of leveling tool for evenness (if you want to go cheap and put it in the drywall with drywall studs i suggest you dont get a tv mount because that isn't as secure as putting it into the studs.) If you don’t have money like that you can use the tape measure instead of the stud finder. Just remember each outlet is attached to a stud and each stud is 16 or 24 inches apart from the middle. Also there are studs that are usually centered to the room. So be careful of pipeline or electrical lines. For concrete and brick walls refer to youtube for your instructions.

Overall, I would probably honestly get this again. The price is great, and its well made despite its shortcomings, and comes with good extras (level, HDMI cable). I would not recommend this if your audio/video out plugs are near the bottom of your TV. Getting the frame on the wall was easy, and so was attacking the braces to the TV. Everything is very straightforward, instructions are easy, and had plenty of hardware. The tough parts: 1) even using the spacers provided, the TV is "holy crap" close to the wall (to be fair, it is advertised this way). It seems nice, but the issue is that it doesn't even leave enough room for the plugs. Power, HDMI, component, they all hit the wall. This makes tilting the TV difficult if they are on the bottom end of the unit, because they will hit the wall and prevent you from being able to tilt it fully. It also makes it difficult to lock in the bottom hooks, because you need to jam the TV into the wall and feel like you will break it, and there's a good chance the cords will get in the way. 2) You cannot tilt the TV until AFTER you have the brackets 100% connected (aka the bottom half). This is tough because there is very little room to reach the screws once its on the wall. I was able to loosen them so it just kind of tilted forward and rested, but it creates an "all or nothing" situation in terms of tilt. You can either have it flush, or tilted 10 degrees, no trying to find a middle spot. Overall though, still happy with it. The price can't be beat.

Good price and super easy to put together, with lots of customization options to fit almost any relatively new TV. Would buy another!

First off, installation is a breeze. The instructions are so clear that your pet goldfish could probably figure it out (though I don't recommend letting them near power tools). The included leveler is great for those that don't have a toolbox at home, and it's magnetic so I was able to set it up by myself with the level falling off every two seconds. This mount is sleek and low-profile, and it has a tilt function, which is somewhat limited but still function. I have this mount holding my bedroom tv and it works perfectly, but if your TV was going to be higher than ~6 ft I'm not sure how great this would work. I give it 5 stars only even with the limited range of motion because it does exactly what it says and is perfectly functional, just make sure you know its does not have horizontal movement, on vertical. Overall, it's practical, easy to install, and can add a touch of elegance to the room.

Needed a stronger bracket for replacing an older 60" TV (48 lbs) with a new 75" model (80 lbs). The Mounting Dream bracket arrived fast and was exactly as described. High quality and well built. Instructions were clear and all the installation parts were included in the box. It included a cardboard mounting template which made the installation process easier. They provide s small plastic level which worked fine but I used my own larger level. Take your time and make sure you precisely level the bracket to be sure that when you are all done, that the TV is level. At 32" wide, the bracket was able to catch 3 different studs which in our wall were 16" apart. I used the 6 lag bolts provided using two each into three different studs. It easily held up the 80 lb TV without any problem. I probably could have just used my older existing bracket already on the wall, but at 24" wide it only spanned two studs. At 80 pounds I felt better with this more robust bracket spanning three studs. For the modest cost of the bracket, it was a bargain. I am glad I bought it.

Bought 2 48" TVs at a box store on Black Friday and, luckily, my son urged me NOT to buy my wall mounts, there (they wanted about $90 each for them), but rather to get something through Amazon. The price of this one was so reasonable, that I had some misgivings about the quality. No need for qualms, this unit (I bought 2) is completely adequate for my Samsung TVs. Granted, these TVs are not heavy, but these mounts could have taken on a much heavier load just fine. There are some clever strap loops, that remind me of subway handles that hang from the roof. These hang down, but are not visible in that they do not hang below the bottom of the TV. However, they are "release" grips. When mounting, it's not uncommon to put the TV up on the mount and take it down a few times as you fool around with the hardware and, in my case, shelf brackets below for a DVD player. But these mounts lock in place, and you have to have a way to release the lock to take it down. These straps make it easy to feel up under the TV and pull the two releases to take the TV down. Pros: quality parts, nicely finished (no sharp edges) all parts lined up just fine. Even includes an HDMI cable! that easliy covers the cost of the mount by itself! (The cable is rather stiff - but who really cares much). Great price. I didn't try the tilt function, didn't need it.) Possible Cons: The TV can slide left or right on the mount so you can center it perfectly, but I didn't see a set screw that locks the mount once you find your sweet spot, so it can still slide if bumped. I don't bump into my TVs much, though, so that's minor.

I used this for my 40" TV, 400x200mm VESA. Its a perfect fit and has a bit of room to adjust it a bit. It's study and there's no way the TV is going to fall. The instructions are really good and makes the installation so easy. The troubleshooting manuals cover the main issues someone might have as well. Important note: if your wall studs are off-centre, there is no room for a tv with 400mm width to shift left or right. The part that attaches to the TV will already be at the edges of the wall plate. In this case, you will need a bigger wall mount.

Extremely pleased with this wall mount. Back to basics. None of this extendable arm 4D none sense the box stores charge over $200 for. This wall mount is a single piece of solid metal with the simple but strong design of two arm brackets that hook on in one smooth motion. Love how the mount is over 32 inches long, so it’ll catch three studs at 16 inches for extra support. I can hang off this thing with no worry. Piece of mind knowing my new 65 inch Samsung QN9DA is hanging securely at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

It is very sturdy. Holds my 55” tv very well. Easy to install but you need a drill and stud finder to make sure it is installed into the studs and to avoid drilling into water pipes or electric box or wires.
