i bought this as a replacement for a trashed NC10 (spilt Milk on that :-() Whilst i don't think it's as sturdy as my previous model - it's certainly lighter and faster. Not sure about Windows 7 starter edition - but impressed my Bluray player can pick up and stream from the hard drive of the netbook!

I reluctantly bought an N150 plus to replace my NC10 because OE batteries are so expensive, and am now delighted. I thought the old screen was excellent, well this is much much better being LED. The 150 keyboard is less teutonic and much much nicer in use. Finally there's an SRS sound processer (see Wiki) and trust me this output is truly outstanding [very fine][I'm using spotify premium as my sound source and the result is vastly suprior to most CD's]. There's some cut down M/S office too [not a trail]. Like others i bought a 2gb ram upgrade and would suggest this is a neccesity...remember to remove the battery before installing. Others may be able to give a more techy kind of review but in my opinion for most the N150 plus is great [its light in weight too]. I didn't need a new netbook but am really pleased i bought one!

This netbook lasted me years - it is very fast for the price and incredibly sturdy. I used it at school every day. It looks lovely in red also. I would recommend!

From the minute I took this out of its box, I was impressed. The colour is beautiful and the machine itself is so compact and light, it is a delight to hold. It does everything I want it to do and comes with many of the options other machines don't have. It is an excellent buy, well worth the money.

Awful product. Underpowered and very very flaky wireless connection. I can be sitting 5 feet from my modem and the computer won't connect. Even if it does the connection frequently drops. I get a more stable connection with my mobile phone!!! To add to this the first one I had stopped booting up after 1 day! I RECOMMEND STRONGLY THAT YOU DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I wanted a small notebook to connect to the TV to watch iPlayer and stream sports. This sits neatly next to the TV, but sometimes it seems to take a long time to get started. I have used it a few times as a notebook, and while it does work for this, I find the smaller keyboard hard to get used to after using bigger laptops and PC keyboards.

The Samsung netbook N150 is an excellent product. It is good value for money, reasonably fast, efficient, with an upgradable RAM and bluetooth functionality, not to mention an integrated webcam and other indispensable features. I'm glad I purchased this product and it was money very well spent. So, the recommendation from me is "Buy"!

I bought a model like this second. before turning it on i cloned the hdd to ssd and maxed the Ram to 2gb bootup was stupidly fast i think about 5sec from pressing power button and on battery power alone. however the cpu fan was rattling like mad, so removed the case and cleaned out the lumps of fluff from fan and rebooted fan was still noisy but sounded like it was turning easier. an hour later the fan pack in.9( i think it was due to the stress of turning the lumps of fluff. and then the netbook shut itself down to prevent overheat. i just ordered a fan B0038K1HJW just waiting for fans arrival and get it running again. as for the product itself great weight great size to carry about very fast boot up and opening programs due to the ssd. processing power is poor for anything heavier an designed for a netbook but good enough to do it's job. I just run Firefox Itunes office 2010 and avast. for great free antivirus use avast i used avg on my old laptop it got slow very fast so switched to avast it was lighter on resources and detected a virus which was hidden in an e-mail which avg missed if you would like to know how to change components in this machine there are step by step videos on how to on youtube
