Great buy! Meets it published specs!
Not sure what WARMTH or SHEERNESS means for a star rating! But I give it 5 stars because it's so easy to connect, and most of all; it does what it says: 6 volt at 60 milliamps, in very direct sunlight. I tested it with a 110 ohm load at a low sun angle, and it was 5.6 volts, which is fine. Its' same angle our house solar panels produce a way lower output. Its job is to power the fan that helps keep my head cool in sunlight. The kludgy pix is because the previous panels were on the back rim, thus blocking sun when walking into the sun. The fan was already in place, and ai wanted the hat ready for today, so, hence, the kludge, but it works perfect! It requires two cells, parallel, to power the 90 milliamp fan. NOTE: also very light weight. Also, plan to redesign onto another hat.

get what you paied for
out of 5 one came messed up, but for the price i guess its reasonable. (after testing other than the one that is a total write off, the other 4 does not reach the described 6 volt, with closer inspection I see the busbars on each panel overlapping or crumpled probably why I can only get a under 5v)
