I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this printhead cleaning kit actually made a noticeable difference and brought the printer back to usable condition. It was simple enough to use, but be aware you may need to run the printer’s built-in head cleaning service several times afterward to fully clear things out and get the best results. After using the cleaner and running a few cleaning cycles, the print quality improved a lot. It definitely made me rethink a few printers I’ve seen end up at the e-waste facility that probably didn’t have to. For the price, this is a great little kit to try before giving up on an inkjet printer with clogged or streaky printheads. It may not save every printer, but it’s absolutely worth trying before replacing the printer or throwing it away.

My printer nozzles had jammed and I could not get the printer to print from any of the color nozzles. So I went online, and from the reviews, I chose this repair kit. I followed the instructions and voila, the printer nozzles began to work properly. It wasn't too messy if you follow the instructions. Make sure you take pictures as you go so you remember which "hose goes where" when you reattach them inside the printer. Probably took a total of about 10 minutes to repair the printer. Definitely would buy this again.

Good product, very user-friendly. Unfortunately, it did not fix the printer issue; it was actually the printer. I had to replace the printer.

Did the trick on my old HP printer 10 years old. I followed video and put paper towel under print head and waited 24 hours. Did again since I have never cleaned and paper towel was barely soiled. So I really didn’t need to do it. They tell you to have new ink cartridges but I used old and I got a picture where before was a blank page. My cartridges are very low so will be getting new and I am sure quality will improve.

This product worked great but without a little frustration! We had some difficulty attaching the little nozzle to the black ink outlet - but not to be discouraged. After more than a year of faulty black printing, my Brother printer now works like a charm.

Worked as it was described. There are several videos on youtube that are extremely helpful in doing the cleaning. The only problem I had was struggling to get the silicone tube on the syringe. I found wetting the tip of the syringe help with putting the tube on the tip. Cleaned the print heads and everything is working fine now.

We had two printers that needed to be cleaned. One printer was the Brother MFC-J835DW and an Epson XP-446. After watching the video on how to clean the printers, both printers printing issue did not resolve. For the Brother, the black ink still would not print. After examining the line, we noticed the black ink was not flowing at all, as if there was no seal allowing the ink to flow through the line. The colored ink flowed freely and printed with no issue. For the Epson, we got it to print but the print head was causing it to smear the colored ink then all of a sudden the printer shut down and would not turn back on. Both printers we have to recycle now. The solution does work, but beware it may not resolve the issue at all. The only way you can fully clean the print head is to remove the print head and flush the fluid through it, if possible. I think the print head was damaged after cleaning it on the Epson printer due to it rubbing against the paper towel, hence the smeared ink when printing. The cost for the actual product is too high. You get everything you need, but the bottle of solution is enough to clean just one printer one time. I would not attempt to clean the printer, but just buy a new one.

Great product - did the job well. Cyan, blue and yellow nozzles were all completely clogged and now they work great. It came with the correct connector to fit my Brother printer which made connection of syringe very easy. Only reason did not give it 5 stars is that the tubing that came with it was very small and thus very difficult to attached to the connector - I had to put petroleum jelly on the flexible stem of the connector and put a rigid rod inside the connector to hold it still while attaching the tube - had to really push to get the tube on so it would stay. Then worked great.

It is really good, easy to use, but I still needed to buy a new printer.

It works. I had a faulty Magenta print head in an Epson ET-4700. I had enough fluid to clear every head and decided to do the Magenta twice, and I still have around 10-15ml fluid left over. I then ran a power clean and have also installed a new maintenance box in the back (not from same seller). The Youtube videos on this product are what attracted me to it specifically as they are very detailed. The printer is now printing better than it has in the last 2 years.
