If you do, then you would probably appreciate a detailed review explaining why this video is better or worse from her other ones and what makes it different. I donโt have time to break it down too much for you but I will say I liked it. It featured a few moves that are not featured on any of the other ones I own and I own at least six others. I think my favorite thing about this video was that she moves along quickly from pose to pose, and doesnโt leave so much space in between changing poses. I probably wouldnโt appreciate that if I were just starting, but since I have lots of experience with her style of teaching, this one finally felt like weโre getting to it. These are mat poses, itโs not aerobic, but the transitions are quick. This will probably become one of my favorites.

Another Pilates DVD in my collection
I just was looking for some Pilates DVD's to give me new ideas on how to teach my Pilates class. In general,I do like Winsor Pilates DVD series.

a very efficient overall body workout
This is another one of Mari Winsor's fantastic 20 minute workouts. I love it because in 20 min, i feel i've had a pretty good workout even if i can't do anything more in that day. It's great stretching, great for the posture and good particularly for core and legs...it's challenging but do-able. i am not a workout fiend but find that i don't feel that great if i don't do at least some pilates each day.

Good condition and effective
Been using these for 16 years and its easily the most effective pilates routine I've found. I love it. Was happy to find it here because a friend had borrowed mine and not returned them and after a few years I began to forget the routine a little. I couldn't find it anywhere else. Great condition

I love Pliates!
I love Pliates!!!! this is so much more 'to the point' than the accelerated. i can get my workout in without all the explaining Mari does :) I already know what i'm doing so this dvd is great.

Great workout!
It's not a game-the exercises may look easy but they hurt like hell and you'll get your heart rate up. You don't need special equipment for this, so you can just put the DVD in and go. I'm glad I got this-especially for the price! I use it on days I am in between weight training.

dvd was broken and looked like they tried to fix it
I purchased this dvd used and i received this dvd broken, it also looks like the company tried to fix it.. I was truly disappointed this dvd is amazing, my absolute favorite pilates dvd , just be sure to purchase it new

This workout works. Probably the best, most direct Pilates exercise I have done. It gets right to the point and you will see a difference if you do it consistently.
