Tremendous for Al Pator marinade from scratch! YUM!
Great stuff. Made Al Pastor from scratch and it was delicious! This is a key ingredient. My grocery store doesn't carry this so I need to order more in bulk! So so good!

A Mayan delight!
I worked in Belize for a short while and was invited for dinner to the home of a Mayan couple. The chicken was so absolutely fabulous that I couldn't quite believe it! I searched for years hoping to find the red spice that Maria had used. Well, I believe that this is it! A little goes a long way so this package is a good value.

Great for pollo Asado
if youโre looking for spice for a Mexican Pollo asado I would highly recommend this. Mix for a perfect marinade with some orange and lemon juice and a few other spices. It comes out fine in the oven but really has a nice smoky flavor if you grill it.

Great Flavor
I've never tried this spice. Saw the spice on yhe Bobby Flay show. I used it as a rub and a paste. Excellent taste. Makes a fantastic chicken rub with other spices added. I definitely recommend this spice. P.S. its not a hot spice.
