it's nice and light weight.first couple times i think i had it on right. but now.  when its on, it just doesn't seem to add any support.  it seems to ride too high on my back to really do any thing for me. when i loosen the straps to get the back part to ride lower, then its just like wearing a vest. no support.  i think maybe if i either cut or sew the straps to make shorter, that might help with adjusting the tightness. i find once its on, its very hard to loosen the straps to take off.

Honestly either I dint know how to wear it or it just doesn’t do anything. No matter how tight I pulled the straps it seemed like my back kept wanting to go back to its normal position.
