Excellent, I’ve found these tea bags do exactly as needed, when it is needed, if you catch my drift. They are gentle, yet trust me when I say they’re very effective (for me, at least). Edit: I’m aware some people have not found this tea to be effective at all — but I think I’ve cracked why. I let this brew for a good half hour before drinking, re-heat when it’s cooled down and then take on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before a meal. I have to say though, it’s less effective when taken after food or too closely to eating. But! Trust me.. Give it time to kick in and it’s genuinely excellent.

Only writing a review as mine seems different to everyone else’s. Most reviews I read said it was a slow burner and does not cause discomfort, but for me it took about 2 hours to kick in and I actually projectile vomitted whilst on the toilet being cleared out the other end also. There was stomach pain, I was sweating profusely it was wild. However got the results I wanted and will be drinking again lol

I buy this regular as I suffer with constipation. With tablets, I get the cramping and sudden urge to go. With these tea bags, it’s a very gentle experience and has massively helped me over the last several months. More or less bang on 8 hours after sipping. I don’t feel bloated or hunger up and will continue to buy them going forward.

Didn't work for me. Would've rated higher , but even when the tea bag is left just sipping in water with no agitation, it rips and the leaves come out. UPDATE : if you're finding the tea isn't miraculously working for you like other reviews, try this. I read somewhere that you need to let the tea brew for hours. I brewed for around 8 hours, drank it cold in the evening and it worked by the following morning. However, with this, I did experience a bit of cramps and discomfort. I think it's worth trying different brewing times to see which gives the best results with mininal unpleasant symptoms. I still find the poor quality tea bag an issue

How to put this politely: if I get stressed, I'm blocked, on a monthly cycle, or any other time for no good reason. Yes, you've guessed it: blocked. I've tried probiotics, psyllium husk, and other weird and wonderful products with no consistent positive effect. The Amazon algo rhythm must have seen my woes and showed me these babies, and for £2, I figured I'd give them a shot. They have a strange taste. I add a bit of honey, and it tastes pretty nice. I've been using them for five days over the Christmas period, which is a guaranteed gut-wrenching time of year. Instead, due to drinking tea every night, I am sorted and no longer blocked. I recommend trying them.

I wouldn’t say this tea tastes particularly nice but it’s perfectly palatable. In regards to its ‘side effects’ I find a cup of this early evening has bodily functions moving by the morning without fail. Very good of you’re feeling bunged up in the toilet department. Price is good too. Worth trying!! I started using this after being constipated whilst on a high protein diet and it’s really helped.

I bought this after watching a Real Housewives show where they were all complaining about being bunged up on vacation. One of them mentioned "Smooth Move" tea which is how it is marketed in the US. Before I went on holiday I bought a box as, like many people, this is when I have problems. I only needed it once but it worked perfectly with no drama. The tea smells vile but it doesn't taste of much.
