It works like a new faucet, kinda difficult to install
The product is great, but the price was too high. One can purchase a new faucet for the cost of the part purchase. Could also add more detail on instructions

Works well.
I am ordering this again, 5 years later. Very happy with the performance. As we have a variable amount of minerals and other things in the tap water in this big 100 year old building, I expect some wear on the product.

Fast Delivery, Slow Flow
Edit: It's 2 or 3 days after I posted the below review and the flow from the faucet has deteriorated. It's half of what is shown in the video. I intend to contact KWC and see if they have advice or will replace what might well be a lemon. I'll post back about my experience. Our dishwasher and kitchen faucet broke down on the same day. Joy! Luckily the cartridge arrived literally the next day, a Sunday no less. All that was great, and itโs nice to at least have a kitchen sink again, BUT the flow is only 25 -30% of what we had previously. My husband has taken the faucet apart several additional times to look for debris, check settings, etc but there doesnโt appear to be anything wrong. OEM replacement - so it works - super expensive.
Way too expensive, but this seller had the best deal available. Obviously, the cartridge works perfectly as it is OEM and intended as a full replacement.

New Cartridge and Works Perfectly.
This cartridge is functionally the same as the original cartridge. (I say "functionally the same" because this may be an upgraded model from the original, but it looks the same and works the same as the original.) The only problem is that it is expensive!

Best suggestion is to first see if you can remove ...
Nothing wrong with this part but had to send it back as we could not get the old, worn cartridge out of the faucet. Even had a plumber attempt it with no success. In reading other reviews on several web sites, there were others that had this challenge as well. Best suggestion is to first see if you can remove the old cartridge before ordering this replacement (which is a different color than our original but no way to know for us if that is a concern or not).

Would buy again in heartbeat.
Easy to remove old unit and install this new one after watching on-line video. Took me about 20 min and new unit works flawlessly.
