PowerA Wired Officially Licensed GameCube Style Controller/Super Smash Bros

Super good for smash bros but the only thing is that when I plug in the the controller it sometimes does not connect but overall I think it is a good product.

the pad is to the exact dimensions of the original gamecube pad except for having an additional shoulder button. it feels a little lighter than a gamecube pad, but is very responsive and I am finding it very good in games like Splatoon (though it has no motion control, so remember to turn that off) and Mario Odyssey

The controller only lasted three months before it broke and stopped working. There was a rattle inside as if something had fallen off within the controller which made it unusable. We tried to return it via Amazon but were unable to as we couldn't see an option to do this. We've since bought a replica version and this seems to be fine at the moment.

The controller is GREAT, but for some reason my switch games think its a pro controller (maybe because of you guys) but im okie dokie with that. But i also had a controller (a Mario pro controller) and then it got drift 2 weeks later after getting it…

Bought for smash maybe cheaper the a gamecube on but does the job only thing that could be improved would be less travel on the shoulder/ trigger buttons

Was good value. Worked okay initially. After a few months buttons randomly stop working & controller stick randomly drifts. Doesn't feel as solid as official one.

Brilliant! Better than I expected seeing as the reviews where bad. Don’t regret getting it

Worked great for the first 15 minutes of Smash Bros. Afterwards, the C-Stick would be permanently held down to the left as an input but not on the controller, so other buttons failed. The + button also stopped working right afterwards. Generally a very cheap controller that is much too light. Personal advice, don't get unofficial controllers unless they have a large majority of 5* reviews and support from the community.

Doesn't work properly, but I guess you get what you pay for..

I have ordered a few GC controllers from amazon and this one is until now the best in terms of quality and I have been using it for a month now and its really good.

I've had 4 of these controllers and so far, 3 of them eventually became unusable. After a month ( I'd say less than 30 hours of actual play time) the left control stick drifts to the left. I sent the 2 back that I originally ordered and got 2 replacements free of charge, minus shipping costs. (Geneuinely great customer service.) One of the 2 replacements has broken since I've received them and I haven't taken the other out of the box yet so we'll see if that one holds up or not... I think it's a great controller otherwise. Snappy buttons, nice and smooth control sticks, very nice, very long cable, and it comes with velcro so the cable stows away nicely.
