Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Tape is truly waterproof for reliable use, even while swimming. The flexible medical tape wraps around areas that can be hard to tape, including fingers, wrists and elbows. Strong adhesive helps this first aid tape reliably secure gauze, so your wound dressing stays in place. Ideal in a first aid kit, this waterproof tape is well-suited for water activities, including swimming, kayaking and water sports. The active tape is made from breathable foam material, which offers a protective cushion that helps prevent chafing. To apply, simply tear the tape, and press to secure.

Review: Excellent tape that truly is waterproof - I’ve been using this tape on an injured finger. I find it to be excellent tape in a number of ways. The tape is easy to tear off and has outstanding adhesion properties. I use it currently a finger and am always washing my hands and the tape almost never loses adhesion. It is a must to put the tape on when the skin is dry, otherwise it will not adhere at all. Once placed on dry skin, it stays on all day, even through showering. When I remove the tape, there is no residue whatsoever left behind. I am overjoyed with this property of the tape. When placing the tape in my finger, it has excellent stretching capabilities, so I can easily adjust the pressure of the wrap. Additionally I use this tape to cover cuts when I am working in an environment where the cut could get dirty. I had a small slice on my palm and I would place a piece of tape on my hand to keep with clean while working in the garden or washing dishes. The tape worked extremely well. Again, it only sticks to dry skin first, once stuck on it remained stuck while washing dishes and other activities. A great tape to have around when you need it.

I’ve been using this tape on an injured finger. I find it to be excellent tape in a number of ways. The tape is easy to tear off and has outstanding adhesion properties. I use it currently a finger and am always washing my hands and the tape almost never loses adhesion. It is a must to put the tape on when the skin is dry, otherwise it will not adhere at all. Once placed on dry skin, it stays on all day, even through showering. When I remove the tape, there is no residue whatsoever left behind. I am overjoyed with this property of the tape.
