Yaufey 2500 Sq. Ft Dehumidifier for Home and Basements with Auto or Manual Drainage, 0.48 Gallon Water Tank Capacity -Low Noise and 24 Hr Timer

I bought a Model #JD025Q-80 Dehumidifier in late October 2025 for my master bathroom. It worked great and solved the humidity problem. However, I recently noticed frost forming on the coils at the back of the unit, which caused the dehumidifying function to fail. I was disappointed and worried about whether I would receive quick and helpful support. I contacted ‘Yaufey support’ via email and was assisted by ‘Laura’ from their Customer Support Team. ‘Laura’ always replied within 24 hours of my inquiries, which was very reassuring. Based on my description, she asked several detailed questions and provided troubleshooting suggestions. After I reported back the results, ‘Laura’ identified the issue as "an internal system problem" and quickly offered a replacement plan. She also guided me through every step of getting the new unit and returning the faulty one to Yaufey. What I truly appreciated was having the same Yaufey Customer Support Team member, ‘Laura,’ handle my case from start to finish, which made everything go very smoothly. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Even though the original unit had a defect, Laura’s professional support made the replacement process easy and efficient. I really appreciate her help in resolving this matter.

Great product. Works efficiently and keeps the room nice and dry. It does not generate lot of heat, was easy to setup as well as for emptying the tank when full.

The dehumidifier works well, is relatively quiet, and effectively keeps our basement and recreation area downstairs dry. We love its compact size, easy-to-empty water reservoir, and user-friendly controls, and it's cheap on power bills. The customer service team is very responsive and product support information easy to follow.

This dehumidifier works beautifully. Kept my basement nice and dry during this summer when we have very high humidity. Very easy to set up, sturdy , quality of this product is superb. It has a nice sized tank to old water as well as the option to run a hose to a drain, which I did. It is very quiet and efficient. I would certainly recommend this dehumidifier.

I purchased this dehumidifier and have been extremely impressed with its performance. This is an update of my previous notes this is December if 2020 this is a fantastic product it works so good I'm very pleased with it now give you the do's and the don'ts for RV people I live in an RV so I dunno I've had it for since October of this year it is very cold where I live we do get snow now bursting I'm only talk about RV people people who live in homes it will work great as well they don't have too much of a problem as we would have now what I'm talkin about it when you have the machine going in your heater going your your portable heaters it does get cold in RVs wherever you have it it does get cold because if it's cold outside it is cold inside even though your heater's are working overtime it overrides the heating most times not all the time but it is very good for mold on the highly allergic to mold and since this is been going I don't smell any mold at all now you can put it on a timer to have a go on a certain time and officer time now I have an upstairs to my RV so I put it downstairs so I don't feel the cold all that much but I do have the water dripping in the faucets for the pipes won't freeze but all in all this product I give a 5 star it does what exactly the instruction said and I am going to be buying another one please keep them in stock because it is well worth the money I was going to buy a $50 one it wouldn't I can guarantee you my neighbor has one and it doesn't do anything I'm not kidding you I filled in one day five buckets of water was sucked out of this RV imagine if you live in a home Update this is in March of 2021 I am doing my last review of this product it is a very good product I give it a five-star I live in an RV so my review is only for RV people most of it I have only one issue on any it could be any dehumidifiers the same thing it's not the syphili this one if you live in an RV and you have that thing going and you have your heater going and it's 20 degrees. It's going to be cold in here if it's at night especially even with your heater going because your RV is up off the ground what I'm going to be doing to help that solution is cover my panels outside around the RV so the wind in the cold will not get in say the air ducts the openings for pipes and everything or underneath so it's always good to cover it that's the only downfall that I had I did not do this year but all in all it's a fantastic product and it does what it says on the description I have no complaints it's still running strong and it does take the moisture out believe me when you live in an RV you do get a lot of moisture and you got to do something about because my first living in an RV was a disaster the first year but I learned over the four years three years I've been here now so it is a very good product my recommendation would I tried both ways leave it on on low at night it's still got very cold in here with the heater going with my suggestion is there turn it off in the evenings keep your heater is going so your pipes don't freeze but since you get up turn on the dehumidifier I give the five star all the way around

I’ve been using this for over a year now, and it’s been a solid little device that has kept my basement bone dry. The dehumidifier has a series of great features; - easy to setup and get running in a couple clicks - has the option of both bucket and hose for water dispersement - it’s super - extremely - quiet, I couldn’t believe it. If you need a good, small, but powerful and quiet unit, this one is for you. They also have exceptionally responsive and helpful customer support, what’s not to love?

Extremely POOR Service by Seller. They supplied faulty product without QC checking at their end and only had excuses to delay the problem.

El baño de mi departamento no tiene buena ventilación y en las fechas qué uno usa agua caliente, la humedad se queda atrapada en el techo y comenzó a levantar la pintura aunque fuera de aceite. Entre ideas como poner un extractor de aire o un ventilador, me recomendaron mejor tener un deshumificador que pudiera guardar en tiempos de calor. Solo lo uso después de bañarme aprox una hora, tiene un lector de humedad (que raramente no coincide con mi otro lector de humedad que es reloj) que puedes configurar para apagarse llegado un límite de humedad en el ambiente y se apaga solo. Lo uso una hora después de bañarme y el tanque se llena en una semana, el cual es super fácil de vaciar, ojalá tuviera espacio para poner su manguera y que se vaciara sola. ES SUPER IMPORTANTE PONERLO EN SU POSICION VERTICAL Y ESPERAR 24HRS ANTES DE USARLO, NO IGNORES LA INSTRUCCIÓN.

this product is very simple to use, and the extra drain hose is super handy for ease of not having to constantly drain the tank. it was efficient and helped the moisture removal in our basement. great for helping control damp spaces. also great that it is on wheels so easy to move!
