Really useful product. We don't have to worry any more for the water tank getting empty or the precious water getting waste due to over following of water tank. Very convenient to install, the backend team is also very supportive and cooperative in explaining and helping in the installation procedure. I replaced my earlier controller that worked on water level probes. The oxidisation on these probes always made device malfunction and needed periodic cleaning. The float valve system of this controller is effective but needs fine adjustment to fit your tank. Use cloth clips to fix and adjust the dead weights. My first controller was faulty and was replaced within two days with no questions asked. The replacement is working fine. However I think the component quality may not be too great and the mode selector switch is flimsy. Its so far so good and the seller is responsive with feedback and directions. If you have no clue with wiring I wouldnt advise but otherwise the installation is pretty straight forward. I use the LAN cable as control cables for over head tank. If you want to add your water sump to the system it can be done by just buying the float switch separately. Amazon service is very good.

Very good product. Easy to install, working excellently. I don't have to worry anymore for tank overflow, or check the tank level frequently. This level controller starts and stops the pump according to the set level and I don't have to worry anymore for emptying or overflowing of the tank.

Good nowadays flooding switch not working properly please arrange alternate fittings my daily problem

The control panel has a pathetic paint job. The manual has 2 configurations for wiring. In both configurations have some same set of terminals shorted. I don't understand why the terminals are not shorted in the first place. Why do we have to do it with wires. In addition there are 2 sets of LEDs for High and Low. They are always on in my case. Maybe I got a defective product. The float switch had a crack. The plastic float and wire rubber need food safety certification.

The water controller is user friendly. Both manual and automatic modes are efficient. It shows accurate indication of water level and operates immediately once the water level is low. There sensors are receptive.

Extremely useful. I was fooled to buy some other product as it's description was misleading as it turned out to be one which gives some light when water rank gets empty. Hence I gad yo search and found this product which is full value for money and it's product description very precise.

Good product ....used relay to operate .....they given water level indicator but is glowing at a time which is High level and low level so no use of indicators....and sensors getting just 12 V which as used for relay
