I needed some splint material for a ruptured tendon in hand.. A couple pieces are thick but some not.. I used the thinner pieces and cut them as I needed them.. Used hot water to mold and if I needed some additional bending.. My hair dryer did the job..

Very helpful in making small hand splints

I broke my nose and didn’t want to see the MD. This product was clean, in great shape and very easy to use. It did the job to keep my broken nose in alignment even as I continued days of work

I bought this to make my own hand and wrist splint. Put it in very hot water for a couple of minutes to soften. Take out the plastic and let it cool enough were its warm but not burning your skin. Cut to any desired shape. If it starts to cool and hardens throw it back in the hot water until you are satisfied with the cut and shape you needed. Once done, let it cool/harden and it’s ready to be worn. I purchased rolls of heavy duty Velcro to the top to keep the splint to said area.

I am an occupational therapist, and these are the materials that I used to do splinting. The package contained of variety, which was very helpful to do the small jobs that I needed to do, including the foam padding to make it more comfortable when you When make a splint

The product itself is good. But I was expecting to receive 8 sheets, as the title clearly states. But only 7 sheets are included. These are very expensive, so I expect to get the amount that the order states. If the title is incorrect, it needs to be changed. But regardless, I should receive an additional sheet as this was my expectation. Most of the material selections are not good for splinting- too thick. The best are 1/16” thick and perforated.
