Money wasted. I ultimately bought a 2-pack of Syntech USB C to USB Adapters for only $9.99 that aren't giving me any problems. They seem more practical. So if you can get over the whiz-bang of so many ports you can save yourself $50 bucks!Customer Service was GREAT!
