Very Sweet = More bang for your buck!
This is a staple-drink for me. It is affordable, low in calories, and VERY sweet. I cut it with 1 parts Lemonade & 3-4 parts water, so 1 bottle goes a long way. This ratio is still much more palatable than stuff like โHintโ and flavored carbonated-waters. It also works very well with unsweetened tea. Its sugar content is still thereโฆ drinking an entire 52 oz bottle provides 70% of the recommended daily added-sugar intake & 165 caloriesโฆ but thatโs still less than a single 12oz can of soda. The way I dilute it creates 30 cups, so itโs really difficult for me to drink an entire bottle per dayโฆ especially when drinking it in addition to other liquids. If youโre addicted to sugar/ sweetness, this drink is pretty good for weaning you off, as you can gradually dilute it more & more to suit your individual palate.

My wife loves this stuff!
My wife fills a glass half full of fruit juice and tops it off with this lemonade. She loves it! We buy so much of this lemonade, we should buy stock in the company! I think we have 12 bottles of it in our downstairs refrigerator right now as I'm typing this! Seriously! And it's good! I must say! I like it too. And it makes a great mixer. It tastes a lot like old fashioned lemonade we used to drink at church cookouts and banquets. It's good! I think you'll like it a lot!

Very sweet, but better than the alternatives...
This is the most "healthy" lemonade drink I could find (online or store) that is not overly processed and doesn't have a ton of gunk and sugar mixed in (minus the natural flavor additive), and is not overly priced. That said, it's still taste very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste. Mixing it with water makes it much more palatable. Mixing it with water and squeezed lemon is ๐๐

Make Arnold Palmers for hydration
Top off my glass of iced tea with Simply Light and Iโve got an Arnold Palmer! Keeping hydrated is challenging in Texas. There is only so much water one can drink. Soft drinks? No way. Juices? Some is good but much sugar for more. Coffee? Not with my medicines, too much caffeine. I donโt like it by itself, but with tea, itโs refreshing and delightful.
