The top of the blades get greasy and sticky and doesnt clean well with most cleaners. This spray cuts through grease quickly and cleans well. I didn't need to use much to clean my ceiling fan blades. It seems to just wipe away the grease and grime. My ceiling fan is near my stove and although I don't fry foods much, it still gets dirty over time. This cleaner works well for many other items that have grease residue.
