I received this Alfredo sauce in the mail and immediately went outside the post office and dropped the box it was shipped in on the concrete sidewalk (grrr). When I got the package to my home, Much to my surprise, I learned that these were individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in packing paper. The glass jars were completely protected and ready to enjoy. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Okay, now for the sauce: I live on a boat so large home cooked projects are nearly impossible for me. I was pleasantly surprised to prepare this for a pasta dish and have the flavor taste so close to many hours of home made sauce that I really no longer feel the need to cook my own sauce. This one does just fine! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Well, that's about all I can say about this sauce except, I'm looking forward to when I can use it again. Thinkin I'll stock up on it.
