LIFETIME 80273 Fold in Half Square Table, 34 Inch, White

We purchased this table specifically to fit in the trunk of a very small car. A regular card table was off by about 4 inches and this was causing problems in a two-car family because the table is needed for work. While searching the internet, this LIFETIME 34" square "Fold In Half Table" came up on Amazon.com & from what I remember, it was the only one that could perform this function. Upon receipt, we couldn't believe that that table was so sturdy and well made considering not only is it collapsible, but folds in half perfectly and takes up almost no space to store or travel with. It's no more difficult to "fold out" than any collapsible table.....a couple more steps but, after you do it once, you've got it. Simple, took less than a minute, and you're ready to go. A child could do it. For those looking for a table that has no wobble whatsoever, look elsewhere because there's no such thing in the collapsible category, but it's minimal. For a table that serves this purpose, this is definitely "the one" to buy. Would highly recommend.

I need a foldable table for our small apartment and am very happy with this purchase. It is a good quality, sturdy table, easy to carry and takes very little space when folded. Just what I wanted. One thing is that it took me a while (and almost break it) to figure out how to fold it. The brief instruction is only about how to set it up, but not how to fold it. I watched the video carefully but didn't get the idea either. And I did see a picture in the reviews showing a broken table leg from bending very hard to fold it. It seems very easy for most of the customers to fold it, but I will upload a video for those like me, just in case, to show how to unlock the legs. Pinch the bar to the leg so it will be unlocked. Unlock both connected legs at the same time then you can fold them.

Bought this table as a back up table. It is simply perfect. It's big enough to be a kids table, card table, or a Maj Jongg table. The best part about it though is that it folds in half and fits perfectly in the closet or the trunk of a car. The Tablevogue 34-Inch Fitted Folding Table Cover is perfect addition to this if you want to dress it up. I was skeptical about purchasing it online without having seen it before, but it's very sturdy and is well made. Super happy with this purchase and will use this to take to the parks with some folding chairs.

Just moved into my first apartment and I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on dining room and living room furniture. Set this table up in front of my TV stand, liked it because of the height and shape. Lets me set up my computer in front if I'm working and I can put my plate and computer there without having to go side to side. It's also pretty sturdy for a plastic table. Would recommend for indoor or limited outdoor use (i.e. a picnic or something) One little caveat is that since the logo is indented in there it's a little tough to get that part of the table clean. So maybe use a table cloth or something if you're going to use it consistently. I don't have a table cloth or really know much about how to buy one so I am just not going to bother.

I have found this table to be quite useful and I am glad I bought it. It is a nice size, sturdy and folds up so that it can be carried and readily stored. I use it primarily for art projects but also might put my laptop on it and type. There are things about it, however, that keep it from being a 5 star experience. Depending on how you plan to use the table, it may not matter to you. It is a bit heavy and hard to open for a smaller person. (Bear in mind that I am under 100 lbs.) I had to really work to pry it open and then felt some kick-back once it snapped open. Now that I know how it works, I have it lying the floor when I do this. An elderly or handicapped person might find this very difficult or might not like this if they are expecting it to perform like a regular "card table". The surface of the table is not completely smooth. While not really rough, if you want to draw, color or write on it, you will need to put something smooth under your paper or your product will come out a bit bumpy. All 4 sides of the table have something that keeps them from being smooth in another way. There is the inevitable "crack" on two sides where the table is designed to fold. I was disappointed, however, that the manufacturer imprinted in rather large print the brand name on both of the other sides. This is not a huge deal but is annoying to work around if you are using for art purposes. That being said, I still like the table. It is well made and has many potential uses. 8/7/2020 Just thought I would update this review. I have been using this table for 4.5 years now and I really have grown to love it. The little issues have not interfered with it being my "art table" and it continues to serve me well, despite almost daily use.

My wife and I wanted a small table that we could use for a variety of purposes, but we also wanted something that would be easy to store when it was not needed. We saw this table and took a chance on it. We couldn't be happier! Setting up and breaking down the table is easy, and can be done by one person. Simply pull apart to unfold the table with it's top against the ground. Then pull up the legs on both sides until they lock into position. Flip it over and you are ready to go. Breaking down the table is just as simple. Put the table top back on the ground, release the lock for each leg by pressing the support, and push the legs back down. Then simply fold the two halves back together until it snaps shut, grab the convenient carry handle, and go. Despite being foldable, the table is quite sturdy and stable. We have not yet used it outdoors, but we will not hesitate to do so in the future. When opened the table top is also pretty even at the fold. We have used it to build many jigsaw puzzles without any trouble. Exactly as advertised. Seems pretty sturdy, although only used a couple times. No only do the legs fold up (standard for a folding table) but the tabletop folds in half, encasing the legs. It even has a handle on the side so that once folded in half, it can be carried like a long (kind of heavy) briefcase. It's great for being able to store it more easily such as being able to store it in a closet. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a square folding table.

Used for extra places in the dining room or patio when the main tables are full during a big party. Note: be careful not to force one leg at a time. This will strain the clever mechanism that locks the table center hinge firmly open and flat wen the table is in use. Move 2 legs at a time and make sure they are on the same side. Take a moment to inspect the mechanism to understand this. It is not like your conventional table where each leg can be moved individually. A touch of WD-40 helps. Modest Memo to Manufacturer: How about a strip of Velcro on the handle and opposite on the underside of the table so the handle can be fixed out of the way when the table is open and in use?

This was an emergency purchase so we could set up 'home school' in the living room during the current crisis and then pack it away easily at night. It arrived really quickly and I was really pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this table is. It's also really easy to set up and fold back down. Plenty of room for the two kids to work at and would also be big enough for a family of four to eat at if needed. Once we are through this 'home schooling' phase and it's no longer needed during the week, I know this table will be a great addition to our camping equipment. Really happy with our purchase.

I use this for playing cards and this is truly at the high end of folding tables. Very sturdy and safe mechanism for folding. Easy to carry and stores as it folds in two. It is a bit heavier than what I am used to but still very manageable
