This product is indicated/used for the 6 speed MT in the Cruze GM. It is quiet different from other GL-4 fluids used e.g Redline ( this fluid is much thinner) The redline was too thick for the synchro's in the GM MT-6, and made it difficult to shift into first gear. The GM MT-6 has much tighter tolerances though as a (defect) by design, making the transmission susceptible to early failure as a result, from my research.
