But I was a bit hesitant to buy since they where not Prime, but the seller shipped ASAP and I received them in 2 or 3 days! Plus the seller left thier shave shops business card if I had any questions and advertisement. As far as the blades go- these are the best of the best for my face. I have tried many different kinds. Used Shark blades for a while since they where slightly cheaper... but these are worth the extra for me. The shave is so smooth and nice, I hardly ever even need aftershave. The blades themselves are very sharp but the blade is a bit thinner and more flexible so they are forgiving. I get about 3 comfortable shaves out of a blade, could get a few more but for the price, why not use a new one. I usually only get 2 comfortable shaves out of other blades. That’s about all you get with a DE razor FYI. As far as the packaging and physical blades- they are slightly different from older ones I have had in that print on the blade is not black, as compared to blades from 2016... see pics. But the shave is exactly the same! On the plus side, this is a newer lot of blades- from 2018 on the box (I bought them in Jan 2019). I bought 100 and for the price I use 1 new blade per shave. Reasonably priced @ approx .25 cents a blade makes it easy to use once and throw away. **Q: Are these better than merkur blades?** A: Yes, they are. Merkur blades are among the worst in all of shaving. Complete garbage.
