This made a GREAT outdoor heated water dish for the cats. Kept the water liquid even at -8 degrees F. With a strong wind. The thermostat could be turned down so the water stayed at about 60 degrees no matter what the temperature. Pans were easy to remove and clean. Very good quality. Price was a lot better than for a heated water dish and the temperature control was better. Might even work well on a buffet!!!!

I bought this during the holidays to use when we hosted parties. This was a great purchase for the price. Easy to use, works well, easy to clean and held just the right amount of foods for sides. I used mine for Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes.

This is the best purchase I have ever made for entertaining. My family members ask to borrow this all the time. I also use it several times a week to keep dinner warm when family members are all eating dinner at different times (busy / different schedules). PROs: All of the trays and lids are dishwasher safe. I’ve purchased 2 of these and used dozens of times without any issue or breakage. Use the 5 quart (2 trays) for small family meals; and the 7.5 quart (4 trays) for entertaining. Good capacity (about 4-6 servings of food in each tray). Heats up fast and stays warm while on. It is lightweight and easy to store. I like the large edges as handles to move this around safely. CONs: The heat control is adjustable but in my experience, it needs to be on max to keep the food hot.

The Elite Gourmet EWM-6122 Dual 2 x 2.5 Qt Buffet Server is smaller than I expected, but it’s surprisingly functional. It heats food evenly, keeps everything warm for hours, and is super easy to set up and clean. The dual trays are perfect for small gatherings or family meals. Overall, a compact but very useful warmer that gets the job done!

Nice for parties

I purchased 3 sets of these. I used all 3 sets two times now and the lids all cracked on the first use, and then cracked even more on the second use. It would be a great product if the fixed the lids. If they were glass or metal vs plastic, I think that would be a huge improvement. Other than that they keep thi gs warm as intended.

Inexpensive lightweight buffet that works ~ I use this all the time to keep food warm at parties and gatherings ~ not the heavy duty stainless steel model you may find at a professional cooking store but.... do you need that? This is designed well with all parts being dishwasher safe, the clear plastic lids have slots for the spoon/fork handles so the heat stays in and the lids stay on. All in all a very nicely made product ~ If I had to pick one negative, and it would be minor, it is that they take a while to heat up to full temp so you need to turn them on about 15 minutes before they are needed. On the other hand, a big plus, as far as I'm concerned is that they don't require liquid or jell fuel ~ plug them in and no chemical smells mixed with your dinner
