Product is good in quality but I have not received gel bottle and pen electrodes which is written in product description.

1. I purchased it 4 months back and in that 5-6 times I had to change fuse. Heating pads stopped working properly after 2 months only. 2. Service of this is very poor. Very unprofessional people. They don't revert back on time and even after following up for so many times there will be some or other excuses. 3. For my machine I got some short circuit to heating pads for which I send machine to Delhi...as it was in warranty period after so many follow ups they planned pickup after one week of short circuit.....and in total it took more than 2 weeks to send me machine back ....and in new machine also model is different. Even after purchasing new heating pads from them .... heating channel is not working properly . Some issue with their machine mechanism only. Just waste of money.... Don't go for it if you want to save your money , energy and time .

Buttons of the ultrasound section is not working! Fed upnof trying again and again

Defect items are delivered first time I have ordered that time got defect machine and next time I have kept for exchange same again' got other defect in machine so don't buy this machine

This is a machine which provides superficial heating but they have mentioned it as deep heating machine. After talking to them I came to know that they don't even have deep heating technology and even they don't even know that technology. Worst experience. With wrong description they are fooling customers and not taking their faulty product back. Their customer care person are not even talking to the customer properly. Very very bad experience. Don't buy it.

I don’t like this product coz I ordered this product 2 times. 1ST time I order the modalities and see deep heat pad was not working so I replace the modalities and 2 nd time the same problem occurs deep heat pad is not working and screen was also damage.

I am unable to know what is positive and negative electrode or active/passive elctrodes, nothing about the electrode placement. There are so many machines available in the market where a non physiotherapist too can use at home. Dont waste your money, u will end up with lot of question marks, it doesnt resemble any machines having the youtube guidance of various other brands'. It shows that they havent done enough research on their own machine
