Ritrovo Selections Organic Balsamic Vinegar 6.78fl.oz. (200ml) (Turmeric)

I tend to put this on a LOT of our food now that I've discovered it. Suggestion: Make an open face sandwich with good crusty, lightly toasted multigrain bread, smear on some store-bought guacamole, slice up homegrown cherry tomatoes and place decoratively on the bread . . . then sprinkle on a small amount this tomato vinegar with a little Himalayan pink salt. We tend to slice the bread into easy-to-handle hors d'oevre pieces and voila! OMG, this is our go-to appetizer, sometimes morphing into dinner. Love it!!! And it's low calorie . . .

We first received this as a Christmas gift, and used it daily on our salads. I think my husband would have loved to drink it!!! I ordered this replacement, and will continue to do so from time to time. At $30/bottle it is pretty expensive, but well worth the occasional treat. We have the apple now, and I'd like to try some of the other fruits.

This stuff is a lot thicker than you might expect, but it's so packed with flavor that I wouldn't want it any different. Add it to a little bbq sauce and some brandy with a tiny bit of white vinegar to make a marinade for steaks that's so crazy-good it will make you want to eat the bones and the grill as well.Many times worth the cost, as it has flavored many meals which I've made.

I had a yummy sounding recipe that called for apple balsamic vinegar. I couldn’t find it locally, grateful that I could order it on Amazon! The salad would have been good enough with plain balsamic - but this vinegar is fabulous!! I have used it to make delicious vinaigrettes, drizzled over burrata cheese and as a dipping sauce. This is a small bottle with a big price, but it will be a staple in my kitchen at any price.

I love this vinegar. I use it for just about everything ie, fruit, salads with figs, nuts, fruit, tomato salad.The taste is wonderful! Very good!It is very expensive! You don’t need much on a salad!

When I bought this vinegar I didn't know how I would like it. However, after trying it I found it to be delightful. The flavor is great and it goes well with many foods. It has a distinctive flavor that adds to the taste of other foods. I would buy this again.

Unfortunately it’s cost prohibitive for me to use daily. It is so delicious I would use it on everything if I could. I have tried it on salad, soup, meat and even potatoes. It adds flavor to everything. It’s a soft mildly sweet vinegar. No harsh taste. Love love love this vinegar

This citrus balsamic is truly delicious. It's very thick (as a high quality balsamic should be) and the subtle citrus taste pairs perfectly with salads and seafood (tuna, shrimp, etc.). A little goes a long way which is important considering the price. It took several months to go through a whole bottle. Not an everyday salad dressing as we only add it to salads with seafood, otherwise opting for plain balsamic. Regardless, the citrus flavor has become a staple.
