Great product

I make my own dog training treats. Using this tapioca flour allows the treats to be soft and chewy with no crumbling, a must for training treats. I was very glad to be able to buy these in a larger quantity as I was buying single bags at the grocery store and I go through a lot of treats. Better price and I find this brand to be good quality.

I used tapioca flour for the first time following instructions in a pie book I had recently purchased. I used to add more flour or cornstarch, and it is not the same. The tapioca flour is a much better product and you cannot even taste it - it does not distract from the flavor of your filling. I made a bunch of berry pies this summer, and they were fantastic! The filling was not runny and held together when you slice the pie (after cooled sufficiently). I really recommend tapioca flour for a serious pie baker.

I have been using this product for many years and never had a problem with orders from amazon for bobs red mill products. I did not want to slap bobs red mill with a negative review, but I am unappy with amazon's return policy. one of the packages had a hole in it-may have been a factory defect and alot of the flour had leaked out of the package. because I could not be sure of any contamination in the flour, I threw one bag out. I am writing this review so people realize even though the package was defective and perhaps the product itself was contaminated IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. this flour is expensive and so I will be looking elsewhere to purchase my gluten free flours.

I buy this often. It is a great product, awesome for gluten free cooking, and makes the best pizza crust!

Since giving up grains, we have missed having bread in our diet. So, we have been experimenting with different grain-free flours ( i.e. almond, coconut, hazelnut, cassava). This Tapioca flour is the best. There is a recipe on the package for Brazilian Cheese Bread that is fantastic. We have also done a Quick Baguette with mozzarella cheese that is very good. Highly recommend this product.

It was good .. I uses it for making boba pearls .. couldn't find the flour from market but it was helpful to order from amazon as it came to my doorstep.
