i installed and it leaks fuel like a sieve. any sugestions before i send it back?

Hi. Since I bought it the original carburator was leaking a few drop a day. I had to shut the fuel valve when not in operation. The new carburator did the same. Conclusion I sold the generator. Good luck.

will this fit a 13hp simplicity tractor?

I know it fits on a B&S 16hp not sure on your 13hp but it should if it is a B&S engine with a 2 bolt flange intake.
