Fits well. But, could easily fit someone larger. I bought the S /M.size.ONE PROBLEM...the black brace gives up color. I've worn over white and it's resulted in substantial stains. I STILL RECOMMEND. Can be worn against skin. It is as comfortable as would be expected. It's not quite like it is shown in the picture the part that covers the arm is much shorter then it appears in the picture. I have a frozen shoulder my arm muscles are affected by it and easily torn. It looked like this would support them as well but it will not.
